| I love this show and I can't wait for January!! I do believe it comes back on the day after my birthday, happy birthday to me xD
I've been watching this show since day one. This show has good plot lines, and it's not horribly predictable, like most other shows for this genera. Plus it deals with a lot of real life issues, and just about every episode will keep you on the edge of your seat.
I'm a huge Payton/Lucas shipper.
I'd say Payton is my favorite female character, I can relate to her, Lucas is my favorite male character. So it's only logical for me to see the two of them together =)
I can't wait for the new season, I think they are taking a big risk by skipping 4 years ahead, but I think they will come out okay for doing it. If you look at all of the other shows that followed the characters through college, the show didn't generally make it though all 4 years. (Example: Saved By the Bell - Dawsons Creek) | |

| I watched Episode One of series 5 today. I thought it was good, though what was up with Nate's hair??
I like how we've got four years to fill in, to find out what happened to the character's etc.
The only thing is that none of them look a day older than at the end of series four :D Except Haley, and I think that's just cos of her haircut.

| I'm up to episode seven (In Da Club). The ending was shocking! - Spoiler:
Lucas proposing to Lyndsey with the ring he bought for Peyton (at least, I'm assuming it was that ring!) I'm going to hopefully download a couple more episodes tomorrow, and what I'd really like to see is Peyton telling Lyndsey that Lucas propsed to her with the same ring, but I can just see her not doing that...
Brooke's mum is mean! I want her to get out and leave Brooke to herself!
Mouth's boss is horrible too, I definitely think he should get together with Millie. They seem like they'd make a cute couple.
I hate Nathan and Haley's nanny - you can just tell she's going to cause trouble.

| Huh ? Only 12 have been aired in the US, with the last being Hundred (named so because of it being the show's 100th episode - yayness !).
Due to the writers strike, only another 6 episodes will be produced, bringing season 5 to eighteen episodes in total. It's due to return in April. | |

| The fifth series is set four years in the future. As Amy said, it's beginning on E4 in the UK pretty soon.
Must say, it worked pretty well. I'm so glad they skipped the college years. And on the fifth season finale :

Who did Lucas phone ?! I'm soooooooooo wanting it to be Peyton. If it's Brooke I'll find that incredibly hard to believe as this season especially has shown them building a solid friendship. So I'd say it has to be Peyton on Lindsey.
