Keith Urban/Country

I know country isnt exactly the most popular type of music, but I love it. Does anyone else? Who are your favorite singers?

I love Keith Urban, Martina McBride, Carrie Underwood, etc.

How do you guys feel?

Ooh, I love country, though I don't know why because technically I'm a city girl. Maybe that's why. :D

Let's see: Toby Keith, Keith Urban, Shania Twain...more but I can't think right now...

Country is good for the soul XD

I listen to Country Music but sometimes it's just annoying I like Old Country like Johnny Cash, George Straight, Jimmy Buffet, Alan Jackson ect.

Toby Keith and them I can't stand.

I like: Keith Urban, LeahAn Rimes (Might have spelled it wrong), Reba McEntire, Rascall Flats.

I like Kenny, Keith, Alan and Patsy Cline. Wahoohoo, play something country!

I love my country music. I've grown up with it, actually. I remember the first song I really enjoyed was Chattahoochee by Alan Jackson. It was the summer of '92 and my family was at the pool everyday and that song was on all the time.. ah, the simple days.

As far as favorite artists, one of my all-time favorites is Garth Brooks. Shame he went into retirement because he's a great performer.

Johnny Cash, Faith Hill, Trisha Yearwood, Brad Paisley, Keith Urban, and Rascal Flatts.

I do listen to alot more, but those are my top country singers that I love to listen to.

Have you heard Trisha Yearwood's new single Heaven, Heartache, and the Power of Love? I feel it's 10x better than Georgia Rain, but that's just me. XD

Garth Brooks? My favorite song by him is Take the Keys to My Heart.

A tour?! That's good, about time he came out with more. I don't really follow up on much things like this, I usually find out by my roomie.

Yeah, he actually retired a good four years ago or so. He said he doesn't want to tour until his youngest daughter (now 11) graduated from high school.

He's a great entertainer. You haven't really experienced Garth until you've been to one of his concerts. I went to one when I was like 9 years old... he came up from the middle of nowhere and you were on your feet for like three hours straight. Trisha also performed with him that night.

I would love to go to one of his concerts. I've been to a Trisha Yearwood's concert. Once when I was 18.

are a few of them. I mostly listen to rock however.

I love almost all country music. I like The Wreckers, Keith Urban, Garth Brooks, Reba, Carrie Underwood....and the list goes on and on. The only two arists/bands I don't care for are George Jones and Sugarland.

Not a big fan of George myself, Pam. Something about him makes me want to change the radio. :D Sugarland, in my opinion, is great however.

Hate to double post and perform necromancy on a thread, but I have an idea...

I see no one has done the Music Group badge in the Badge Burrow and thought that if we could get a group of folks together, one from each house possibly?, we could do a bit of jamming.
