DANCING FRUIT!

Hello! How is this lovely charms class today? Good? Great! That means we can get to work...to start off with, I shall give you a relatively easy class, fun, and hopefully, amusing!

Part 1.

1. Describe, as fully as possible, the characteristics of fruit [6 marks] and how one would be able to distinguish between a fruit and a vegetable [4 marks].

2. Translate “Dancing fruit” as closely as possible into 7 different languages. Mark clearly which language you are translating into and the website you used to complete the task...I will be checking any languages I don’t know!!! [14]

BONUS: Pick the language and incantation you want to use and explain why you chose that language to cast the charm in. [6 marks]

3. Tell me, in no less than 50 words, WHY exactly, ANYONE would want fruit to dance. [10 marks]

MARKS: 40


Part 2.

Draw two sketches, either on paint, by hand, or any other image producing software you may have.

Sketch one should be of the effects of a correctly cast Fruit Dancing Charm, with a small but “helpful” caption under ten words. I will leave the “helpful” hint open to interpretation...

Sketch two should be of the opposite: an incorrectly cast Fruit Dancing Charm with another caption explaining what went wrong and why (again under ten words)...

If you feel really inventive, you may do a video for this work, but unfortunately, it won’t give you any extra marks...

MARKS: 40

TOTAL MARKS POSSIBLE: 80

Good Luck! This class will be graded periodically.
