Hospitals

I hate hospitals. I had to go there the other week because i sprained my wrist and I thought it might be broken but luckily it wasnt.

I have never had to go in for an operation or anything though, has anyone else?

What do you think of hospitals?

When I was a baby I had to go into the hospital a lot, now I don't have to anymore. ^.^ Well, unless something goes horriffically wrong and I need casts ...but that's besides the point.

Hospitals I don't have such a problem with. I mean, I don't like them, they're a place of woe...but I hate doctors' surgeries more >_<

I go to my dad's hospital a lot after school... it's not so bad, I don't mind hospitals. The doctors are nice

I don't like going to my primary-care doctor, though....

I went into hospital when I broke my wrist but I havent been in them for anything else apart from visiting people

I was in hospital for most of my young life from the age of 2 and I wasnt released from the books until I was 17. My parents were told that I wasnt going to live past the age of 6.

I'm a quite lucky girl, I've never really needed to go to a hospital except once in my life, but I still didn't like it very much.

I HATE HOSPITALS!!!!! >.< Yes, i'm terrified of them. Well, it's more like hate, but i'm also scared of them. ANd i hate to admit that :D When i was 5, had to be there a lot for one thing or another. I got so sick of getting a new doctor everytime, sicne no one could stand me or knew what to do. So blaah, i started to hate them xD I actually love needles, i've been used to them and i love the tingling feeling... And everytime they do a blood test, i love to watch the blood go uuuuuuuup and then it tingles xD

Surgeries, ick, hate 'em. I hate to get put asleep xD I'm always afraid that i won't wake up again lol.. *shudders*

I'm terrified of needles... I've actually cried when I was 12 at school because I needed to have a shot and I was so scared XD and then at 15 I didn't cry but I had trouble breathing lol

I got used to them, and it tingles xD So yeah, i love them.. ^^

lol well my skin is very sensitive so even someone poking me can hurt XD lol and I'm scared of pain... I'm scared of lot of things actually. Too many lol

My mom said out my three siblings I was the only one who hated the hospital when I was little. She said that i was scared of the peopl in white coats and cold hands!!! lol! She even has it on tape!!!

Buuuuut, I'm not scared anymore!! Unless, it's something serious.

Gah I hate needles! SO MUCH!!

This one time, the doctor (not in a hospital, but its a needle story) had to give me a shot and she did, and I was all nervous up until she did it but then I felt the prick and I relaxed. I was like "Okay, it's done now...." but then all of a sudden OWCH i get ANOTHER prick. And I look over and am like "wtf?!" and she's pressing a paper towel to my arm and she looks at my arm-which now has TWO needle puncture marks in it-and says "Hm...I guess we don't need to take blood from your finger, we can just use this"

At this point I want to run screaming out of the room. But one I can figure is this: The lady poked my in the wrong spot with a needle and had to do it AGAIN-which caused my arm to bleed more than it should've for a needle. *sighs* >.<

lol, JG!! I got my flu shot today! SO, i missed half of school! YAY! THat was the best part! lol My brother and sister didn't half too, because apparently I'm more immune to sickness than them!!! nhhhhhh phooey!

The only time I have ever really been into hospital was when I gave birth to my daughter

When I first met my friend Aaron I wanted to impress him by going down this massive hill on his skateboard. Big Mistake. I hit the curb and went flying off and broke my arm and split my head open. I was in hospital overnight and had to have 8 stiches. Me and Aaron have been great friends ever since

I was in hospital being dehydrated one summer but thats about it

I have broken my arm twice (once skating and once falling from a tree) and broke my ankle once (skating again)

Well, I've been in and out with my examinations for cancerous growths, broken bones, and lately with katie cuz we've got a kid on the way. Though the other night had to stay there till 4am since she was having stomach pains.

Hospitals are scary at times, but thankfully they are around.

At times!? Caree hates hospitals, they are scary all the time.. It's like being in a jail.... a clean jail xD They pump you up with whatnot and then you feel happy and get addicted to that stuff and never wanna leave that place... evuhl people they are, doctors... *grumbles*

I had a curved spine as a child so was in and out of hospital having operations to straighten it, wearing a back brace for endless days - certainly not something to boost popularity. Luckily I had some great friends and I haven't had to go in for any more operations for a while, though I may have to one day.

out! I went to the hospital 2 get stictches when i was really little. I
don;t go to the hospital on a normal basis!

Ive visited my nan in hospital and was in hospital after a small car accident but only over night because I was ok

.. mwehhh, I wasn't in hospitals so much.. except when I was younger, then I also stayed for a week or so there .. lol I was about 6, so I only remember having fun with the girl in the bed right next to me and eating grapefruits xD
... and then I visited some people a few times .. *shudders* .. not nice atmosphere...

.. though one time was funny ... we were 3 people, wanting to visit a sick colleague. But they would only let in 1 person at a time, in this special green robe... so all 3 of us squished in XD .. nahhhh, not eye-catching at all... noooo! XD lol but no-one complained
... though the atmosphere there, with all the sick kids, was pretty bad

.. and now, when I go to the doc (ugh yeah ... the doc xD) I just go to this kind of clinic.. which has a much more relaxed atmosphere than a real hospital, really, because you don't see so many suffering people ... :/

I was in hospital quite a lot when I was younger with kidney problems until my brother donated one of his kidneys to me

i hate hospitals and espically iv's and i think the reason is because when i was 1 years old, I had a seisure (that lasted for 45 mins! isn't that scary!!!!!???!??!?!) and they couldn't find a vein big enough for the iv so they poked me all over until they found a place so i think i'm scarred for life! also i feel like i'm going to puke when i go into them which is probably not good if i was ever sick!

i went to the hospitcal like 5 times since i had this lung/extreme flu thing where i couldn't stop coughing (when i was like 5-7 years old) ... but now i'm okay and i don't know the name of the sickness.

I looked it up once...it had a long name

but i hate needles...seriously. even the flu shot kinds *shudders*

hahahahaha! that's really funny!! I feel really sick in hospitals which isn't a good thing if I ever needed one! hehehe!

I don't mind hospitals too much but the only time I've ever been there was when I was really tiny so I don't remember anything from it and when my brother had surgery...

I also think I watch too much Grey's Anatomy and have a skewed image of hospitals. (;

Usually when I'm in hospital its because of my sister if not its because of my mum. The only time I was in hospital for me reasons was when I dislocated my shoulder or elbow, it was one or the other. I can't remember it because I was a baby.

My sister went to the same hospital when she had asthma. It was a special one for kids. They had pictures painted on the walls and stuff.

Ah, a children's hospital? They have a special one like that near my place.

I don't like hospitals, never had to be there for myself other than when I was a baby >< but I've had to visit a few family members. Not fun.

Had to spend most the night in the ER last night.
Boyfriend crashed on his skateboard and got a concussion.
HATED it. Didn't get home until almost 4 in the morning (and had to get up at 7 for work) and they had at first threatened to call an ambulance for us when we refused to go to the hospital in one.

Ohmygoodness, that sucks! I'm so sorry! The ER is never fun. I hope your boyfriend gets better soon!
