The Forbidden Books of the Library

Is there something more with the forbidden section of the librarry. I mean, students wouldnt need special permission for it if there was nothing there.

Are there evil dark magic books there, perhaps ones that dumbledore is keeping for a future event (the next war?) but then why? Why didnt he destroy them, I mean he is totally against dark magic.

Will it come into play to help Harry with the defeat of Voldy?

I think that the books there might help with the final battle. Dumbledore always planned and he knew it was coming

The books are restricted for a reason and like you said, why were they not destroyed. I wonder if there is some ancient magical spells in there that could bring Voldemort down. If there is something there to use I am sure Hermione will be the one to find it.

I think that some of the book s will be given to Harry so he can read them. Maybe they tell about the defeat of Grindelwald, or how Dumbledore defeated him.

I think that they might come in useful though I think it will be Hermione who uses them not Harry. If Tom Riddle could not find anything on horcruxes do you think he had permission to use the restricted section. Because if he didn't then maybe it could say how they are made in there and that could help Harry or maybe riddle did look at them
