Nymphadora Tonks

I think that Tonks is great although she is one character that we need to know more about. We dont really know enough about her to be able to predict her future role I dont think

She is funny! Really humores(sp) and non-judging. She loved Remus even though he's a werewlf and older than she is

I dont think that she even sees his age or his 'disability'
What do you think her role will be in the last book?

I think it'll be the same as the other members of the Order...fighting on the side of good.

Although she's got a larger role than the minor Order members, so I don't know...

Tonks has never had a near-death experience so she might be a goner..

lol you are really hokked on the near death theory. I cant remember if I asked you - have you posted that theory anywhere here because it would be an interesting stand alone topic lol

I THINK she will come into play minorly, but more than most, maybe she will have a double wedding with Fleur and Bill, I dont know but I think only the trio and Ginny will be main charectors.

I think she needs to be mentioned more! Shes nice to Harry and all but needs a bigger part!

She is a really nice person and I think she loves Remus a lot. I really hope that she does not die but like Amy I think she has quite a good chance of snuffing it.
I think we will find out a bit more about her in the next book well hopefully and I think she will be mentioned a lot more than others.

I would love to be tonks i mean she is a metamorphmagus thats like awesome and i love her hair how it changes color to her moods...she is in the order she is still really young and...I Just Love Her Hair!!!

I was sooooooo sad when she died. Like I was balwing for Teddy, and she was soo much more grown up in this book but I liked that because it seemed natural and not pushed.

tonks was one of my favorite character and when i found out that she died, i started crying so hard!!!! the fact that lupin died too didn't help!

I felt really bad for her when Moody died. I didn't realize how colse they were until harry said so. She is so nice and funny.. it makes her death so much worse.

when tonks died i cried for ten minutes after which is a long time for me because i usually don't cry at books

Why do you think she had such a connection with Moody?

Yeah I think it was a great respect thing. It caught me off guard though. i didn't really see it coming.

I cried when she died cause she was one of my fav. characters!

I loved how her father called her Dora and so did Lupin it was cute.

I was crying when they were naming all the people who died! I mean, Tonks and Lupin?!?!?! WHY?!?!?!

Tonks is my favorite character and I think there was so much more we could have learned about her. I really want the encyclopedia to come out so that I can read more about her. She is the main character that died that I think should have gotten a reprieve. I know it made Teddy and Harry closer, but there was no need for them to have that connection. It's not like there is going to be another series where Teddy is the hero and relies on Harry and their orphan status to overcome evil. It would have been horrible, because I love Lupin,but she could have come out of the battle a widow. I think it would have made her an even better mother.

Tonks is such an amazing character. So strong and brave and yet clumsy. xD I was also upset at her death, but at the same time, she wouldn't have been able to live with herself had she not gone into the battle and Lupin had died...and even if she'd survived I think it really would have hit her hard; if she had to die this was definitley the way she would want to go...mind you, I still bawled when I read that she and Lupin died.

I agree that she died the way she would have wanted, fighting Voldemort with Lupin at her side. And she would have been devestated if she had lived and he hadn't. But she had a son and she would have survived the pain. I would want her to go out fighting when it was her time to go, but I don't think it was her time yet. That being said, the fact that it wasn't her time and she was so young with a son, made her death that much more powerful. So I can understand why she died, I just wish it wasn't so.

Yeah, I don't think it was her time either and she would have been such a great mom but I think that's why her death was so powerful. And also, the deaths of Tonks and Lupin really struck home at showing how Voldemort tears families apart because here's this happy, newlywed couple who just had a baby and now neither of them will grow up to know their child. So sad.
