As for Molly, I really like her as a character. She's the typical family Matriarch, and she obviously really loves her husband and children, as well as thinking of Harry as her own.

Now here's something I saw on another site - who do you prefer: Fred or George? For me, I think it's Fred. Perhaps it stems from the fact I like his name better :D Or maybe just that he seems more exuberant than George, but I've always preferred Fred over George.

Your thoughts?

I dont know, thats a hard one, I think Fred is more the leader and George the brains, though by that I mean plans, and opperations, not really academic wise. Anybody else agreee?

Yeah, I agree. And I absolutly hate how eveyone groups them together, how everyone always writes Fred/George instead of putting them as two different people. Does this irritate anyone else? Or am I just paranoid?

I think your paraniod, but "THe Twins" annoys me. I have friends who are twinsa nd they hate it when people group them, It comes with being a twin, that I hate, but the Fred/George thing I think is beacus normally their doing the same thing that the author is describing so that doesnt bother me as much

So maybe I knew I was paranoid... lol but I really don't see a difference between "The Twins" and "Fred/George" except one's shorter than the other. They're both a way of grouping them into one character.

I think if you're writing a fanfic from the point of view of Harry, or someone not close to the family, it's all right to say "the twins" because that's probably how they would see them.

Harry might refer to them as "the twins" in his thoughts, and someone like McGonagall would more than likely say "the weasley twins".

I think Charlie's profession of working with dragons tells us a bit about him. He is obviously strong and has a love for magical creatures. I bet he has a bit of a wild side. But, we really have to assume most things about him. He is a Weasley, so he is probably a man with strong family bonds.

Yes, yes. Amy's post got me thinking about Bill and Fleur's wedding. Certianly JK wouldn't just throw in a wedding for fun. Does anyone think this wedding might play a big part?

And more Weasley related, does anyone think we'll be introduced to even more Weasley's at this wedding? I read somewhere on JK's site that she almost threw in a Weasley cousin in GoF... maybe she'll be re-apearing at the wedding?

Well, I think Jessie has a point in saying that JKR wouldn't throw a wedding in just for the heck of it. Especially when we know the book is going to be dark - and the title just confirms this. "Deathly Hallows" seems to be very oxymoronic when you consider the book is likely to open with a wedding - what should be a joyous and happy occasion.

As for other Weasley relatives, my money would be on Aunt Muriel. If you remember rightly - she has a goblin-made tiara she wants Fleur to wear.

Now this is where my suspicious mind kicks in - JKR likes to lay trails for us, so could the tiara be important? Why go to the trouble of mentioning it otherwise? Why tell us its origins if it's not important? Goblin-made indicates to me that it's old and valuable. Perhaps we could be looking at a Horcrux in the tiara, and that is why the wedding is important?

But this is getting slightly so back to the Weasley's (although that's made me think - I might go and start a thread about the wedding in a moment).

Where was I? Oh yes - Aunt Muriel as a Weasley relative attending the wedding - I think it's more than likely she'll come as she's already been mentioned. The person JKR said might have been in a previous book was a cousin, I think.

She might xcome but i don't think she'll be too important.

The cousin waqs Mafalda who is the same age as Ron and goes to Hogwarts but is a Slytherian, she cut her though, so I odnt know if she'll make an appearence.

So, why she didn't put Ron's cousin in the story is because it probably would not be significant enough in the later books.

I too, don't think that the Weasley cousin will show up. Perhaps in mentioning, but not as a character.

I think Voldemort knows of they're loyalty with the Order - well he'd have to (thining Snake incident). I don't think all of the Weasley's will survive the war, and I think that the fact Voldemort already knows of the Weasley's as 'blood-traitors' means that Harry's logic on breaking up with Ginny is skewed and she is in danger anyway.

As for weasley deathes of course they aren't all gunna live. I am personally hoping that percy dies but hey...I am hoping hat ginny won't die but u never know...My friend and i thought maybe bill or charlie...

Amy's theory of some of the Weasley's dying is probably correct. They have all voiced their opinions on wanting to rid Voldemort and the Deatheaters of the wizarding world. They are a strong presence in the Order of the Phoenix and will play a major role in the final battle. One or more is bound to die at the hands of a deatheater or Voldemort because of this. I am leaning twards Arthur and/or Ron. Not that I want them to, I just see Arthur as a strong Order member so he is a good target. Ron is Harry's best friend and would risk his own life to save Harry which is a very noble thing to do but might end his life in the end.
