| yup, the movie was funny - especially the little penguins with their spanish accent :D and it was also pretty moralising about how people should treat animals. good idea. but the end was a bit forced (ok, it's for kids, so no high expectatioins anyway, buut...) .. it should have ended when he was in the zoo - no happy ending, just a realistic one. but then again, they don't make kids' movies with sad endings. | |

I completely agree. I loved the film, but the ending really annoyed me. The world isn't a wonderfully reformed place, and so they shouldn't allow kids to believe it.

| Didnt see this movie till last month. I thought it would be a lame kids movie, which they made a lot of for a while there, and didnt really want to watch it. My grandma made me watch it when she did along with my cousins, grandpa, and dad. We all loved it lol.
As soon as I realized that Robin Williams did voices in the movie I was like on second thought I might want to watch this. He is one of my fav actors.

| I didn't have very high expectations before watching this movie, because when I do I'm just disappointed. As long as it's not taken too literally, this movie is just so much fun! I was laughing throughout most of it...I love the graduating parts, where they all throw their feathers in the air, and the graduation disco with the aurora for disco lights...the mexican penguins...the scene in the zoo where the human sounds are basically a bunch of cell phone ringtones... It has kind of a sad theme throughout, but they kept it lighthearted for the kids. And some of you were saying that it should've ended in the zoo, which I partly agree with. Except, aren't you used to the fact that in movies, fairy tale endings come true? This is the ideal happily ever after for a penguin. XD | |

| This movie was just too cute. I loved this movie, it made me laugh. Robin Williams did a fantastic job putting up the differnt voice like Ramon and Lovelace and the narrorator of course. Many of my favorite actrors were the voice behind the penguins like Nicole Kidman, Hugh Jackman, Elijah Wood and even Steve Irwin(Elephant Seal). I never really paid much mind to penguins before I saw this animated movie. It was so cute. Ramon was hilarious! My older sisters had bought it, they love little kid movies like this, We have a collection of them! | |
