| One of my all time favourite plays. I have seen it in the west end twice and in a theatre nearer me once, as well as been in the play myself (playing Mrs.Johnston) | |

| Who couldn't love this play? I have seen it twice in London and both times have been superb! The music is just perfect - I sat watching it silently singing along lol | |

| Fantastic play. Defo my favourite musical ever. I've never seen it on West End though My friend is going to London for over Valentines Day and is going to see it I have seen the travelling one 7 times though. Missed it the last time it was here which devestaed me so much as it was probably the last time I ever had to see Sean Jones playing Mickey. For me he was and is the greatest Mickey ever. First time I heard of it was in First Year. The fifth years needed some extra members for their performance so I got involved in that. Then when I eventually reached fifth year obviously we had to study it ourselves. At our performance of it for one of our GCSE practical exams I played Mrs. Lyons, which was fantastic fun! Especially as one of the scenes we chose to do was the one in the kitchen where shes hysterical with the knife. | |

| Three nights of this next week... *is scared* I've got a 6 hour rehearsal tomorrow as well XD And I love it!! I went to see it in the West End over Christmas - Antony Costa (yes, from Blue) was Mickey, and did a pretty good job of it as well! (Really - my cousin and I were like... "He can act!!" XD)
What's your favourite scene? (If you could possibly choose one, that is)

| Yea I heard that he was playing Mickey and I was a bit 'Oooer. That doesn't sound good.' But you say he actually can act ? Meh. No-one will ever beat Sean Jones as Mickey for me The guy was fabbbbbbbb ! I mentioned the kitchen scene with Mrs. Lyons. I thought that was a fantastic area! The woman is just hysterical and mental, it's great! I adore the scene where Mickey and Edward meet and begin talking. "Do they call ya Eddie?!?!" Awwww. The cuteness of that scene. | |

| I love that scene as well, though my favourite scene has to be the end scene with the shootings. It is so emotional.
I would certainly recommend this to everyone!

| Haha the guy we have playing Eddie in that scene (we have two Eddies, two Mickeys, two Lindas - I'll explain later) does it soooo sweetly!! He's got this little angelic face and it makes you want to go 'awwww'. He CAN act. It was quite surprising. Lol if you do get the chance to watch it whilst they're still there, give it a shot - his accent doesn't slip, you really can see the change from naive, I-want-to-play-with-airguns Mickey, to working-class, work-for-the-kids Mickey. As I was saying, we have two Mickeys, two Eddies, and two Lindas. The director wanted a bigger cast XD Haha we do this kind of switch-over during the narrator's REALLY long speech during their teenage years ('There's a jingle in your pocket, and you've good friends..."<< that bit) I think the best thing about the musical, when I watched it, was the narrator. It was just... scary, in a 'how awesome' kind of way. | |

| You won't be let down! Bloood Brothers is a must to see, the story line is brilliant as it runs on superstition. | |

| Just seen the touring production for the 9th time last night. Hoping to go again on Friday before it leaves. Have to say I was quite impressed with Stephen Palfreman as Mickey. He was fantastic, really stole the show. Was looking forward to seeing him after hearing all the rave reviews of his Phoniex performances. However, Sean Jones is still my favourite Mickey I was NOT impressed with Craig Whiteley as Eddie. It was incredibly hard to believe he was meant to be portraying a child. I've never had that problem with any other Eddies I've seen. Craig Price as the Narrator. I wasn't impressed in the first half, however he was fantastic in the second half. I prefered Keith Burns. Linda Nolan was out of this world. She is by far the best Mrs. Johnstone I've ever had the pleasure of watching. | |
