Personally, I'm not a fan of this theory...mainly because I'm an advocator of the "Harry will Live" theory...

So I really hope that Harry isn't a Horcrux, but I can see Jo doing something like this...

NO. People annoy me when they say this. No he lost his body immeditaly after the spell rebounded right? Ok, then he would have no time to make the horcrux, and why on earth would he use Lily's murder and thenmake Harry a Horcrux, if he was trying to kill him, and for the people who say it was unintentional, I think its in OotP Dumbldeore clearly says no part of Voldie can survive in Harry. So there!~

So I don't think he's a horcrux, but if he is, I think he'll have to die in the end. But like I said at this point, it's anyone's guess. Lots of people have "analyzed" the books and such and make good arguments on both sides, but this isn't history we're talking about. It's fiction. Created from a woman's imagination. It's not going to be bullet proof. There will be continuity problems. Everything may not add up completely. Like I said it's not history, just fiction.
