SLYTHERIN Easter Fashion

Slytherina took a quick peek around the curtain and into the audience of the Hogwarts Experience fashion show. She was here to represent her beloved house, Slytherin, in the Easter Fashion competition. Her group had worked very hard to put together the stage, and her outfit, and so on. She was wearing a blue floral print halter top dress, blue and white striped socks, and blue sneakers. In her left hand she was carrying a small blue floral purse. Oh how she loved this purse dearly. Suddenly, she heard the music start to play. This was her cue. With a deep breath she took that first step out onto the catwalk.

Cameras were flashing, people were whispering, judges were taking down notes, but through it all Slytherina just looked confidently ahead. Ignoring the things going on around her, Slytherina started to skip down the catwalk. Yes, skip. This was an Easter fashion show. Do children carefully stride on Easter? No, they skip. So why can’t you skip on the runway?

As she skipped down the runway, she heard a loud voice over a microphone begin to describe the very outfit she was wearing. After describing her outfit, the voice began to read off the prices.

“Blue floral print halter top dress: 26 dollars or 20 euros. Blue and white striped socks: 10 dollars, or 8 euros. Blue sneakers: 20 dollars or 15 euros. And last but not least, blue floral purse: 15 dollars or 11 euros.”

‘Adorable and affordable!’ Slytherina thought.

Once she reached the end of their Easter themed stage, she ceased the skipping, and stoped to pose for a moment. With one hand on her right hip, she switched her weight from one foot to the other, and shifted her shoulders front and back. After her moment of posing, she swiftly spun back around and skipped back down the catwalk.

Once she reached the safe land of backstage, she breathed a sigh of relief. One category down, several more to go.

This round of the fashion show takes place in the courtyard of the infamous Malfoy mansion. Lucius and Narcissa were kind enough (which rarely happens I must say) to let us use this breath-taking setting. We of coarse know it is their love and respect for the sly and cunning Slytherin house.

The models will take their walk down the path, around the fountain and back again. The walk is decorated with a gorgeous fountain and a lovely border of flowers on both sides of the walk.
