A serial killer is a person who kills three or more people, in three or more different events. They don't always even need a 'logical' motive. I know this stuff pretty well because of a presentation i made last year..

Ted Bundy is maybe one of the most well-known serial killers. He admitted 30 murders. In an article, they said something like 'the devil knows when to look good' while Bundy was put in court. Anyway, he escaped and murdered a 12 year old girl, before they finally got him again and he was executed in the electric chair.
