Countdown Question of the Day: Day 60

How time flies! It's been 10 days since we went into the 60's...we'll have the book in no time! Anyway...

Day 60: In the OotP film, it's been rumoured that Ginny's patronus is portrayed as a phoenix. Will this be shown as true in Deathly Hallows?

well, if the film says it -JK must have told them, right? :D

so yup, it will be confirmed - I think we'll have enough dangerous situations for Ginny to need to use her Patronus

yes let us all believe the films, take James Potter the famous Seeker ... but wait, didn't JKR say he actually played Chaser? My point. lmao, so i said Maybe, because well, maybe i have been living under a rock but ive never heard any reference to Ginny's patronus be it in book or film.

oh and Cristina, its exactly one month, 30 days and 3 hours and 24minutes. :D i love my countdown!

i put maybe becuase most of the time the movies get it wrong but maybe the director asked j.k whats ginnys patronus and this could be significant to the books like a connect to fawkes or something
or
the director could have just guessed at a harry potter creature not knowing what ginnys patronus.

I think it will be. Not only because it'd be a pretty major thing to get wrong in the films, but I think that Ginny is going to be important and revealed to be a lot more powerful than we know, and a phoenix as a patronus reflects this.
