Professor Trelawny

okay so i don't know weather this is mentioned but

in divination trelawny consantly mentionens Harrys death.
we know that some of her predictions come true and also little stuff like nevillie braking his cup one of the number leaving. so do you think that professor trelawny mentiones harrys death alot becuase he will die in book 7?

I do think Harry will die.

I know bad thought, but I do. I picture him dying killing Voldemort. I really don't expect either of the two to be alive and kicking after the final battle.

i dont think she is...... i do think that harry will die maybe....... but i dont think she knows it....... and the only reason she go the other predictions right i believe is b/c she told them so they thought that it was going to happen in a way causing them to do it anyways

I agree with stephy. Especially about Neville and Parvarti's rabbit. Neville's so clumsy that the thought of breaking one made him break it and "the thing you dread is going to happen" is so vague that it could mean anything. And as McGonagall said, she predicts at least one student's death every year so I think she was always just doing it for dramatic effect. Also, after Harry did the interview for the Quibbler she declared he was going to grow up to be MoM and have lots of kids. xD She just spews things out based on her mood and to make herself look better.
