Riddle of the Sphinx 22 - CLOSED

Welcome to the Riddle of the Sphinx! For this riddle, I've added an extra part for which you can earn bonus points.

Today, there are two riddles; the first will reveal the name of a magical creature, and the second will give you clues to the location of a picture of the creature. The picture is hidden somewhere on the site, within someone's post.

For solving just the riddle, there will be 40 points for the first person to PM me, and 20 for everyone else. If you also find the location of the picture, you will get 10 bonus points!

Riddle One - Magical Creature

He'll lure you away,
From the safe and warm,
By night or day,
Not safe in your dorm.

His lithe smokey outline,
Will feed on your fear,
No need to give a sign,
Make sure you stay clear.

He'll carry a lamp,
Which will tempt you to follow,
Then his smokey arms will clamp,
And take you to his hollow.

A creature of myth,
Of legend and lore,
So tell me forthwith,
His name, no more.

Riddle Two - To Find the Image on the Site

To some this site is like a home,
Where friends and even family roam.
His face is hidden in a thread of ages,
You'll find it on the third of pages.
In the place where familial decisions are made,
Go quick to find him, lest his image fade.

This riddle is now closed! The answer was will o' the wisp, or as this creature is known in the HP world, a Hinkypunk. The image was to be found in running_swift's "HE Family Tree Part Three" thread.
