| Hiya! I am really excited to be your new prefect teacher's helper and I think that I will be able to give everybody a fun and easy oppertunity to win housepoints! So on to my first lesson, i think.
For my first class to you I would like for you all to think of a problem for a plant to solve. We know many plants are helpful in medicine and things like that. But what about a plant that when eaten you can fly? Or maybe turn blue? Well the choice is up to you.
I would like you to invent a plant (and name) that solves a problem, or just does something neat. You will need to draw it, label it, tell me what it helps, and a general description.
Housepoints 1. Drawing and Labeling (40) 2. General Description (25) 3. What it solves (15)
Total: 80 points!
Have fun and be creative! | |

| Part 1) Part 2) The Humerous Halicabum, also known as the Tickle Me Plant, or HaHa plant for short, is a native of the Wonka Wonka Islands located of the coast of Argentina. The plant is easily identified by its full green leaves, polkadot yellow spots, and its single long stem flower of bright red. The plant gets it nickname from the fact that when you tickle the leaves, the flower will appear to giggle and then cough up the plant's tiny blue seeds. The humerous halicabum grows best in direct sunlight and tends to flower best when tended by happy people. The plant can sense moods, so best keep away if you are angry or mad, otherwise the plant will pepper you with its seeds. Part 3) The seeds of the Humerous Halicabum can be used to treat mild forms of depression or can be used to treat the effects of simply having a bad day. One little seed can alter your mood for up to 14 hours. When taken, the seeds will spread a sense of cheer and well-being throughout your body. Some side effects are excessive use of *huggles* and XD's. People taking the seeds have been known to be nicer than they usually are, which can cause their friends and family to grow concerned. But have no fear, these side effects will go away when the seed has worn off! Many people have reported feelings of lingering happiness for many weeks after taking the seed, but it is unknown if the feeling comes from the plant, or from the person's own feelings. | |

| 1. Drawing and Labeling (15) 2. General Description (10) The Love Or Not plant has bright blue petals and orange leaves. The whole plant consists of three leaves and two flowers. People tend to avoid this strange colored plant thinking it is posionous. The truth is Love Or Not is a harmless rare plant that is native to the small island of Yo Ho Yo Ho The Pirates Life For Me Island which is near Italy. The plant grows best in the shade of trees and can be easily tended especially by anyone who have a crush. 3. What it solves (20) The blue petals are touch sensitive that if a person with a crush touches it, it automatically changes to a certain number. If the person with the crush then starts pulling off the petals starting with "Love Me" and altering between that and "Love Me Not" the result is 99.99% accurate that the users crush would have the feelings of the last petal. The orange leaves act like tissues just in case the user find their result unsatisfactory and starts crying. But the user should rememeber it is only 99.99% accurate so there may be a little hope left! | |

| Part 1. Part 2. The Migreeni Rilassa flower grows in groups in the wild. Native to a secluded part of Cooper Island in the British Virgin Islands, Migreeni Rilassas have pale green leaves and long stems. The flower itself is pale orange in color. Although it blooms very late in the summer and even then, for only a week, the full flower is very potent in its scent. Part 3. The bloomed flower of the Migreeni Rilassa has a very potent odor, depending on who spells it. Similar to the Amortentia potion, Migreeni Rilassa flowers smell differently to every person. Whatever the scent, the flower always calms the person and soothes them. A very beautiful flower, Migreeni Rilassas are often placed around the house and, in times of stress, are very helpful in aiding people to think clearly and to relax. The leaves of the Migreeni Rilassa are also very useful. When picked, dried, and mixed with boiling water, the leaves help make a powerful tea that temporarily lowers fevers and make minor headaches disappear. | |

| Part 2. The Remgets Forber is an exotic and rare flower that is found in the remotest parts of Canada. It grows in the middle of forests and woods, surrounded by tall trees. The pink flowers are very delicated and crumble at the slightest touch. The green leaves and stems are very sturdy and a deep green. Part 3. The Remgets Forber is a very useful plant, although few dare to attempt to test its qualities. When the petals are ground up and ingested, the ingestors memory in enhanced ten fold. Although this is very helpful, when ingested numerous times, the ingestor will experience some very nasty side-effects such as firey breath, a pinkish tint to the skin (that to date is uncurable), and the inability to control to volume of their voice (screaming when trying to whisper, etc.). Also, the person must be careful to not ingest any part of the leaves. When the leaves are ingested, the effects will backfire and the memory will be decreased ten fold. This is a dangerous and powerful plant, that should be handled carefully. | |
