Fawkes's

as i was reading the sixth book, yesterday i had just finsihed the last two chapters..... but i noticed something that made me believe that Fawkes's was dead. in the last sentence of the second to last chapter it says about how the pheniox song had ended and it says that harry knows that the song ended because the bird had left hogwarts, had left this world just as dumbldore had.... now wouldnt this make you think that Fawkes's is dead too...... amybe during the burrial the pheniox in the flames was Fawkes's paying his last respects or somethig..... idk..... well thats waht i think about that.... read the last sentence or paragraphin the second to last chapter and youll see what im talking about

Hmm it could be but I don't want fawkes to be dead I always thought that when Harry was fighting voldemort and he felt that all hope was lost that fawkes would come swooping down and sing making him have hope again.

i dont want him to be dead either its just that i noticed that and i thought that cant be right... but each time i read it i keep imagining Fawkes is dead

i think that they would die sonner or later or there would be phoenix's everywhere

I don't think Fawkes died. I think he meant that she wasn't going to stay any longer. That she had left Hogwarts for good.

Yeah maybe it just means Fawkes left Hogwarts, though im not too sure
its an interesting theory!

That would have been too depressing if Fawkes died too....he was amazing.
