Favourite Quotes

What are some of your favourite quotes? If you can't remember the exact quote, just paraphrase.

I loved in "The Seven Potters", the line from Fleur:

'Bill, don't look at me - I'm 'ideous.' - Charming, when Harry was right there!

And another line in that chapter:

"Fred and George turned to each other and said together, 'Wow - we're identical!'

I loved those too, and when Hermione went "Ooh, you look much tastier than Crabbe and Goyle!" :D

And then the jokes about George's ear - or rather the lack of it xD His holeyness :D

When they visit the Lovegood's and talke about the Deathly Hallows:
Harry "Wait, he talked to death?"
Hermione "Harry, its a fairytale!"
Harry "Oh right, sorry. Go on."

Hermione "Oooh, you look much tastier than Crabbe and Goyle."


There's more...but I already lent my book to my brother n law so he can read it.

there are soooo many and I can't think of them all right now, but I have to say that the one I keep in mind the most and just can't forget is not one that I can write here because the word will be censured, unless I change it... then again everybody who read it won't be offended cause they've read the book right? XD well if it's bad you can delete my post XD anyway here's my favorite quote:

Wow, to try to remember and actually find them again is a difficult thing as there were loads of quotes I loved. Some included;

• "Fred and George turned to each other and said together, 'Wow - we're identical!' (This was a brilliant quote)
  
• "...and tiny little ears a bit like a hippos's only purple..." (The hippos made an appearence!)
  
• "Of course its in your head, Harry, but why on earth should that mean it is not real?" (I loved this quote at the end of Kings cross)
  
• "He pressed the golden metal to his lips and whispered 'I am about to die'" (That quote was really sad)
  

I can't remember them because I just lent the book to my Gran to read lol! But apart from the ones you guys said I liked. The one I can't remember how it goes something about snape at the end.

Oh wow, yeah. That was pretty much my favorite line in the whole book. Sure, there were a lot of funny parts and everything, but that line hit me hard. It's just so..... wow. I had to take a break from reading.

I think it is that anyway that line was so great yup snape was brave.

granted the last word wasnt scar but I loved the last sentance.. brilliant.. BRILLIANT it makes me cry.. everytime I look at it... cause its really over *bursts into tears all over again*

There were lots of great quotes, I tried to write down all the favourite ones, but from chapter 31 on I've been quite distractec...However, of those not mentioned yet:

- That just seemed hilarious to imagine...

"Dinner, Nagini."
- Cruel, yes, but very nice Voldy-style humour ^.^

"This Lord Thing..."
- Way to name it, Vernon!

"Yeah, but coming from Dudley that's like "I love you"."
- Quite true, indeed...

"You'll be able to tell us apart now, anyway, Mum."
- Let's just call this optimism :D

"We'll have nothing to do except find Horcruxes...it'll be like a holiday, won't it?"
- And what kind of lengthy holiday it proved to be!

"Shoes off, if you please, Master Harry, and hands wahsed before dinner."
- Kreacher is rather adorable by now, isn't he?

"'Merlin's pants!' [...] 'And what in the name of Merlin's most baggy Y-fronts was that about?'"
- Need I say more?

- I'll admit I don't fully get it, but I like it still...

- Rather unfair, though, considering the amount of wisdom Ron seems to have developed somewhere between HBP and DH.

- I can perfectly well picture Hermione doing this, somehow XD

Quite a list, I guess. And I already chose just the best ones ^.^ Though I'll have to pick those from the last chapters as well...

'Call 'im off, call 'im off, 'e should be locked up!' screamed Mundungus, cowering as Kreacher raised the heavy-bottomed pan again.
'Kreacher, no!' shouted Harry.
Kreacher's thin arms trembled with the weight of the pan, still held aloft.
'Perhaps just one more, Master Harry, for luck?' "

Definatly my quote outta the book! This part had me roaring the hardest! Go Kreacher!

I am a person that LOVES quotes and in this book I had soooo many favorites.

When Mrs. Weasley called Bellatrix a Bitc#...I laughed so hard my stomach hurt...I love Mrs.Weasley!

When Harry was talking to Dumbledore at the train station and he asked Dumbledore if all of this was in his head or was it real, and Dumbledore said "ofcourse It's in your head Harry, but what makes you think it's not real?"

And when George made all those jokes after he lost his ear about being saintlike and that he was holey...HAHA I love Fred and George! FRED! (sobs)
