Favourite Parts

What were some of your favourite parts in the book? I LOVED nearly all of it, but some of my favourite episodes were:

-Luna's bedroom. The mural on her ceiling of Harry, Ron, Hermione, Neville and Ginny with the words 'friends' was so sweet and so sad. I love Luna!

-Ron's insecurities being shown by the locket, and Harry and Ron's subsequent conversation. Adored it!

-Neville's role, and the bravery he showed leading the underground resistance and even standing up to Voldemort! And he showed he was a true Gryffindor by getting the sword from the hat. Go Neville!

-The epilogue. I loved that it showed Harry happy in the future. Some people might think it is cheesy, but so what? It was brill!

-The Lupin and Harry argument. I was thinking "Go Harry!" when that happened, cos seriously...Lupin was being a jerk.

So much more...but I'll come back when I've remembered it!

Hmmm okay well it was all most wow but best bits.


-Kreacher at grimauld place
-Luna's bedroom
-Ron and Hermione getting together
-Ginny present for Harry
-The snape chapter

There was loads of moments, but one that i remember the best, is probably the Kreacher/Sauce pan moment :D "One more time, for good luck" or whatever that quote was :D

- My favorite part had to be the ministry scene where the three of them went under disguise to retrieve the locket from Umbridge

- Hermione flew at Ron and kissed him. That was a surprise and I loved it

- Luna's bedroom scene, I thought it was touching. She is my fav character after the twins.

- I loved the Neville part. He was all tough and brave. Almost like a MadEye

- THE EPILOUGE!

Oh God can I really name all my favorite parts... there are sooo many!

- Remus and Tonks, obviously, the fact that they were together, got married, had a kid, proved me right XD rofl

I sooo have to gloat about this, I really just have to. Let me explain... I wrote a fanfic about Tonks being pregnant with Remus' kids, and in my fic, Remus left her before he couldn't handle being a father and was scared and all, and people told me my Remus was OoC because he would never do that so when I read the part when Remus tells them Tonks is pregnant I was like... 'IN YOUR FACE!' XD anyways...

- The Harry/Lupin argument was great

- Ron/Hermione kiss, soooo hilarious

- Harry/Ginny kiss, soooo hot XD

- Kreacher becoming all good and hitting Mundungus XD I do understand the reasonning for him being nice, though yeah it was a bit sudden, but still I get it lol

- Snape's memories

- Luna's bedroom

- Neville! He's just great, period. lol

- Molly at the end!

- GO PERCY! (omg I never thought I'd ever say that)

- The Forest chapter with Harry walking to his death with his parents and Sirius and Remus with him, telling his mother to stay close. Loved it.

- The 7 Potters bit XD I was so confused when I read the chapter's title and then I was like... oooooh. nice.

- Everytime they found a horcrux and/or destroyed it, especially when Neville killed Nagini!

- The whole Three brothers and Deathly Hallows thing, and the fact that Voldemort and Harry are distantly related (Amy made me notice that lol)

- The infos about Dumbledore's past *le gasp shock*

- The deaths, no matter how sad they were, were written perfectly. Except Remus and Tonks'. I'm still mad about that.

- The epilogue XD lol 'I can't just walk in Herbology and send Love!' lmao so nice. Professor Longbottom XD anyways lol


So many more too but I guess I'll stop there lol

Oh wow. Im not sure I can really say the best bits as I loved this whole book - the best book by far!

Some of my best bits, though, were;

• Snapes memory - showing what I knew all along - that he is good!
  
• The fight between Harry and Voldemort with Harry's speech
  
• Neville all around. He was amazing and brave - perfect!
  
• Percy at Hogwarts! Who would have guessed!
  
• Kreacher - I was suspicious, but I loved it, especially when he came in leading the house elf army at the end
  
• Harry and Remus arguing
  

And soo soo much more....

everything...especially the 1 on 1 with harry & voldemort
& snape's memory ...

There were so many great parts, but the ones I really, really liked were those:

• The whole scene with the Dursleys and especially Dudley, I love the way he's changed. The tea cup thing's just so sweet <3
  
• The Ron-resembling ghoul in pyjamas. I think that was hilarious XD
  
• The scene with Kreacher hitting Mundungus with a saucepan. I mean, you just gotta love Kreacher right then "Perhaps just one more, Master Harry, for luck?" :D
  
• The whole Silver Doe chapter, it was perfect with everything in there! Ron saving Harry, the locket showing his fear, Hermione losing control...so many great thing
  
• The appearance of the purple hippo! You gotta love the purple hippo - even if it was hairy for some reason XD
  
• Neville holding up resistance at Hogwarts, following in Harry's footsteps, being a true Gryffindor again and pretty much everything he does =D
  
• Percy coming back! A final Weasley reunion, I was on the verge of crying there...
  
• The Prince's Tale, as it is so fittingly called. I never particulary liked Snape, but now...it's just so sad
  
• The scene at 'King's Cross' with Dumbledore. I knew we had to see him again somehow, and this is perfectly Dumbledore-ish..."Of course it is happening inside your head, Harry, but why on earth should that mean that it is not real?"
  
• And of course, every tiny moment featuring Draco ^^
  

Wow I have so many favorite parts but the only one I can think of right now is where Harry is pretending to be dead after Voldemort's cursed him...I was just giggling under my breath the entire time, waiting for him to jump up and say 'Surprise!' XD

LUNAAA! Heck yes, I loved all of Luna's part. *joins in with Nancy*

Ohhhh! Neville parts were great too! He was so tough and brave. I was so proud of him!

Kreacher and the skillet! HAHAHA! I was cracking up so hard! WAY TO GO KREACH! *cheers*

Harry faking he was dead. I was like hahaha, stupid voldy!

The snape memories! wasnt surprised about the whole lily/snape. We finally really know WHY snape hated James and then Harry. Poor guy *hugs Snape*

I have to say my favorat part was when Harry was playing dead. I found it funny!!! Here Voldemort thinks he has won ,but he hasen't heheheh!!!! Then someone shouts "Wheres Harry!!!" I think it was Hagard ( correct me if Im wrong). Then in the great hall he suddenly emergize. I would give anything to see the look on Voldemorts face!!!!!

HELLO THE ENTIRE BOOK WAS MY FAV PART though epilouge has a special place in my heart!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My personal favorite....Harry using the Cruciatus Curse on the Carrow brother after he spat in McGonnagals face. I can just see the little piggy fly up and squeel now...

There were so many scenes I love in this book. Some of them areee:

-Luna's paintings of Ron, Hermione and Neville. So cute!

-Harry telling Lupin to go back to Tonks...cause he deserved to be yelled at

-when you learn about Snape's past and how he was in love with Lily

-when Kreacher and the house elves come bursting out of the kitchens to fight everyone

-when everyone thinks Harry's dead and they just rush the Death Eaters and fight them. So amazing!

There are plenty more I just can't think of right now

The whole last battle is my favorite part of any of the books, and I can't wait to see it on film! But, more specifically, Molly battling Bellatrix. And McGonagall animating the suits of armour.

Ooo, yes, when Molly and Bellatrix duel is amazing! I also like the part right when Harry comes back to Hogwarts and the whole DA thinks he's come to fight. It's so inspirational.
