Unanswered Questions

A lot of ends were tied, but there were still some questions left unanswered.

-What happened to the Dursley's in the end?

-Did Teddy inherit Remus's lycanthropy?

-How did the wizarding world rebuild itself? The Ministry for one would have taken a while - as we saw with Umbridge, it was not just the Death Eaters who supported the regime against Muggleborns.

-What happened to the surviving Death Eaters? Azkaban?

Anyone else got any?

-What did dudley see from the dementor attacked

-What were Harry,Ron,Hermione and Ginnys jobs

- What happend to the remaining Deatheaters?

- How was Hogwarts re-established?

- The muggles who were stripped when they went under disguis in the ministry...how were they handled?

-What was that whimpering thing in the King's Cross chapter?

well for me the soul thing (the king cross ch) that's confusing
---> how come there is that 'place'?
----> is it really all in his mine?

- what happened to the Dursleys, to all the rest of the Weasleys, the whole story for the Malfoys, Winky!, Viktor, basically EVERYONE that was NOT mentioned in the epi....

-What did Dudders see when he saw the Dementors (although I think that he saw himself as Harry and experienced everything Harry had and that led to his newfound respect for him?)

Does anyone know who Victoire- other than she's a cousin... did I miss an earlier mention of her?

I am holding out hope that JK will have some extras for us on her site!

I'm thinking that Victoire is Bill and Fleur's daughter. She has a French...ish-sounding name, having Bill as her father would make her Harry and Ginny's children's cousin.

That could be true I just remembered we never found out what the letter sent to Petunia meant.

I'm still curious what Dumbledore's boggart could be xD

I'm guessing that's the part of Voldemort's soul that was taken from Harry. It reminded me in a way of the Voldie baby from GoF.

I think Victoire was definitely Bill and Fleur's child. French name and they called her cousin.

I looked up the origin of the name and it is Latin for Victory- but I do agree that it is most likely Bill and Fleur's baby, just because of the timing....which is kind of funny since the kids will have the whole my dad was attacked by a werewolf thing in commom. *g*

I think that's essentially it. I think it would have been much harder for Snape to cope with Harry in his classes and keep his allegiance to Dumbledore if Harry didn't have Lily's eyes - because in all other aspects of his appearance, he is like James.

We never found out the mystery of the veil. That was something I wanted to know.

oh yes.. and I add on the veil! Totally forgot that but it did irk me when I was reading the duel between Mrs. Weasly and Bella

But I think eveything I wonder about has pretty much been mentioned...Ah, no.

1. Wasn't the Weasley car supposed to come up again?
2. What about the allegedly involved spouses of Hogwarts professors?
3. Did I miss the character who was supposed to do magic only late in life? Or was it actually non-existent? I'm utterly confused about this...
4. Was there correspondence between Petunia and Dumbledore between her begging to be allowed coming to Hogwarts and the letter left with Harry and the howler and all that stuff?

Not destroy it.. lol... actually I already started one.. so did Nancy... I have decided the two of them are my last hope at Dramione.. considering JK rowling does not love me enough to take all my letters into account and actually but Dramione in the books... youd think.. since she dedicates the books to me.. but no... lol jk jk

(I love how me and her daughter share the name.. she never says the last name.. so all the books are dedicated to me in my mind :D)


Anyways:

There was too much unawnsered questions.. and it drove me insane... I still really want to know who the headmaster of hogwarts is..

I have some questions:

Did Neville and Luna get married?
If not then who did he marry and who did she marry?
How did Snape get through Grimmauld Place? Weren't those enchantments there to keep him out or just to delay him?
How did Kreacher manage to escape to Hogwarts?
How old were Harry and Ginny and Ron and Hermione's kids? I go the age of Albus cause he was now going to Hogwarts but what about the rest of them?

I was also wondering if 19 years later house-elves were still servants, and what the wizard relations with goblins and centaurs were like. I imagine they haven't improved much...though Harry's voice was probably quite influential after Voldemort's downfall so perhaps they did improve.

Apparently J.K. told Meredithe Viera yesterday on the TODAY show that she intends to write an encyclopedia of sorts on the characters...their lives before and after the books...I will be the first in line to buy this. We may be waiting a while though...she says she'll be taking time off.

I was wondering about Crookshanks: I don't recall anything about him in DH. Did he die, or was he just not mentioned? Did Hermione's parents take him with them to Australia?

That is what I thought. It could represent all the horcruxes or it could just represent Harry's one. That is what I got from it.

My question is:

What happened with the Sorting Hat? Voldemort set it on fire when it was on Neville's head...so was it repaired or did they use something else to sort the houses with?

The veil was something I wanted to know about as well.

DADA class..did the position stay cursed?

I wrote this not a few day's ago in the chapter 35 topic.

I read an interview to JK ,and someone asked her the same question " Is it the veil" and she responded like it was a limbo between life ,and death. He wasn't dead, but he wasn't alive ether. That is how he was able to talk to dumbledore. Dumbledore himself said this " No spell can re awaken the dead harry". That being said Harry would have had to be in limbo. Jo also said that is could be ether place. It is up to the read to deside that. If you think he is in the veil, that is where he is. I personally like to think that he was in limbo.

When I was on JKR's website, she said Harry became the Head of the Auror Depatment in 2007.

I don't think It was actually beyond the veil. I also veiwed beyond the veil as death, and Harry wasn't dead yet, he was in a "limbo".

I could be wrong, but that's how I viewed it.

dudes this may have been answered or easy to understand but what happen to dumbledore sister when she was little. all i know was it made her weird like and all.

If I recall correctly, specifics weren't offered. It was simply said that the muggle boys got out of hand in their attempts to punish her, or something to that effect. I think it's safe to say that they physically attacked her to such extremes that she felt no desire to use magic and was also unstable. She also didn't learn to control her magic, which combined with her instability, made matters even worse.

I just thought of something. In the 5th book, Headless Nick said a person who didnt want to die could come back as a ghost or was disappoiont or something like that. Why didnt Voldemort come back as a ghost? he was mad that he died and he never wanted to die. So wouldnt he come back as a ghost

If I understand correctly, when he died he couldn't come back as a ghost because of the damage he did to his soul.

Oh ok, well i started wonering about that last night and it was getting on my nerves
