Atonement

Well, it hasn't come out yet, but i see the trailer in the movies already. It looks quite good, even if it's a bit confusing xD I haven't read the book, thanks to Finland's very poor section of English books (i'm not going to read it in FINNISH o__O) and can therefor not give an opinion of how the movie looks like, compared to the book :D Go me! But it can't be bad either, Keira Knightley is in it! xD (no, i don't have a Keira Knightley-flu going on)

It's coming out in... September, am i right? IMDB says it's 28 September in Finland, 14 September in UK, 7 December in US (limited)

I so wanna see it :D

I've just got back from seeing this!

I really enjoyed it, though it was a bit depressing.

The scenes that surround a letter and a certain word made me laugh, but the consequences were sad.

I liked the non-linear way this film was shown, the way we'd see a scene, then go back and find out what happened before it.

The people I went to see it with weren't too impressed, but I really liked it. I don't know whether part of that is because afterwards, one girl said she didn't understand why

So yes, I really enjoyed this despite the fact it was sad.

This film was amazing in my opinion. Seriously brilliant and so sad. I cry at sad films, but that film wasn't just sad but so shocking aswell that I just walked out the cinema being like "oh. My. God."

I thought the way the film was done was just...brilliant. The way it kept going back to show different perspectives.

And I loved the music aswell, with the whole type writer clicks, i thought it sounded so snazzy =]

I've ordered the book, and I had an email yesterday saying it had been dispatched. So it should either be there/get there soon after I get home.

I loved the music as well, and I think the opening and beginning section was very good at portraying the stuffiness of the day, which was reflected in the awkwardness of events. Did that make sense?

Best lines;

The music int he trailer was good. I can't remember if it was in the movie. It was that sad kind of piano song.

Anyway, I loved it I was the only one who cried (visibly) whent he movie was over. Guess two times if the security guard looked at me weirdly when I decided to wet down Nick's t-shirt xD But yeah, I looooooooved it...

And James McAvoy is hot :D

I've tried reading the book alone but poor me, I wasn't able to understand the story. So I ended up watching it first then re-read the book. haha..
