My favourite fan-fiction sites:

www.timeturner.net - A MWPP archive, quite small at the moment, but it's got some great stories (and I am a validator person there Fan Fic Sites 410894

)

www.phoenixsong.net - A H/G site, where there are LOADS of great fics, novel length and one-shot.

www.checkmated.com - A R/Hr archive, it's got some pretty good fics.

www.simplyundeniable.com - A H/G and R/Hr archive.

www.hgnetwork.co.uk/siye - A H/G site, the quality of stories are great.

www.unknowableroom.org - A fic that accepts any ship, though the large majority are L/J. It's a great site.

www.sugarquill.net - Mainly a R/Hr site, though there are a lot of H/G stories there. Home of the mammoth, fantastic, H/G bible 'After the End'.

http://www.hgforever.com/quillandkiss/ - A H/G fanfic site, quite small at the moment, but there are great fics there.

also, fanfiction.mugglenet.com is a great site, though the mods can be a tad tough at times . . .

They wouldn't accept one of my stories because I wanted Molly's full name to be Margaret, and they said "There is no way Molly can be a pet form of Margaret, please change it."

I didn't change it, but it eventually got accepted.

I don't think I'll be submitting to there again - they're not friendly or helpful at all.

ETA: I just remembered another fanfiction website which is good:

They're frienly there - it's still quite a small archive, and they accept fics of all types.

Lol, Amy . . . I just didn't want to be too insulting in case a mod happened to be here too or something . . . *hides in worry*

I accidentally put thirteen as the age Sirius entered Hogwarts instead of eleven, and they sent me this wonderful email about how the story was great, but that the age was an unnecessary canon detail that should not be changed or something like that.

It's just that it's the site where I first read fanfic, so I have some remaining attachment to the site. Fan Fic Sites 549390
