Only the following can participate in this P.E. Class.
To participate in the other three P.E. classes, please sign up in the relevent thread.

What is rounders:

Team 1 is up to bat first, making team 2 fielders. Each member of the team bats in order posted above. Team 1 bat until Wednesday evening then teams swap and team 2 have their turn to bat until the game ends on Friday evening (gmt)

Be creative. You must RPG this class as you would in Quidditch. It is not how many runs you get which will score you points, but your team work and RPG as a whole.

Mick walked onto the rounders pitch, bat in hand ready to hit whatever ball was thrown at him. He wondered who was the other teams bowler and hoped that it was someone with a weak arm as he didnt know whether he could hit a hard ball.

Standing on the batting circle, Mick looked towards the center and awaited the bowler to throw the first ball.

Ame walks excitedly towards her teams side of the field. She looks towards the sun hanging lazily in the sky and curses herself for not putting on her sunscreen. She skips over to the team bench and throws down her bag with a thud. She sees Mick is at home base ready to play, but there is no bowler. Ame decides to practice in the field right next to the one they are playing on. She unzips the top and pulls out her ball and bat. Being a huge fan of American baseball...Ame is excited to play the sport that started it all. Walking over to home base, she tosses the ball in the air and as it falls she pulls her arm back and hits it as hard as she can. The small miniature bat makes contact and sends the ball flying through the air. Too bad this is just practice! She walks back to the bench and picks up her water bottle and take a sip. Hoping her team arrives quickly, she heads back to home base to practice some more.

Mick notices a stray ball fly through the air and straight towards him. Noticing there was still no bowler, Mick aimed at the stray ball and hit it straight on before his eyes widened.

"Agatha...DUCK!"

Aliza walked on to the rounders pitch and looked around. Only two other people were there and they were fromn the other team. Unsure of when the rest of her team mates would show up she picked up a ball and threw it up in the air, catching it as it fell. Smiling a little she tried out her bowling and threw the ball towards the batting square, realising after she had thrown it that Mick was standing there.

Raistlin arrived in the field on time to see Mick sending the ball to Agatha.

As he was the second to bat we had already a bat in his hand. Without thinking Raistlin threw the bat to the fast flying ball. The bat went circling and hit the ball changing its course.

"Seriously! Can't we even make it to the end without killing each others?" he shouted. Angrily Raistlin went for his bat and grabbed it "Now look at it! Already scratched and dirty!"

Pacing faster now he walked to near Agatha he missed the sensation of his robes flying to the wind but he had to change into some proper clothes for the game.

Mick looked surprised as Raist took his hit and shouted 'Run' as he began to run towards the first post and thenthe second hoping none of the other team caught Raists hit

Chelle followed the ball with her eyes and saw team one running. She hated catching though the ball was coming her way fast. Closing her eyes, she held out her hand but nothing. Opening her eyes again, she saw the ball bounce only a yard away from her. Moving fast she picked up the ball and threw it towards Aliza

Ame cheered as she watched the ball land without being caught. Rasity was rounding the bases, he passed through first safely and went on to 2nd but stopped abrubtly as we all screamed for him to not push his luck and try for 3rd! Ame high fived Mick as he went to take his turn at bat.

Mick ran past the 4th base and into home. One rounder score for team 1! Mick cheered and watched as Raist was on base 2. He wondered where Amber was as it was her turn to bat.

"Maybe you should bat first?" Mick said to Agatha

"I'm here," Amber said nervously. Wondering what had possesed her to do this. She stepped up to the pitch, bat in hand. She watched the ball as it flew toward her and cringed as she swung the bat. Luckily it hit the ball, and she stood in shock for a moment.

Raistlin was waiting in second base when he saw amber arrived "Finally!" he shouted. Then amber hit the ball.

Still in shock from amber's good hit, Raistlin stood a moment and then he started runnig, he reached 3rd base safely when he saw amber standing still.

"AMBER GREAR YOU GET YOUR BUM RUNNING DOWN THE FIELD!"

As he had lost time he decided to stay on the 3rd base for now before he was eliminated.

Amber watched the ball still in shock, she began to run and then heard Rai and stopped. "You can't say my last name!" she screamed, before running toward the first post.

Raistlin almost collapsed when he saw amber stopping in the middle of the run!

"Fool! What are you doing! Run!"

He followed her with his eyes.

Amber kept running until she reached first base and then turned to glare at Rai. "Stop your yelling!" she screamed.

Then he searched for Agatha as she was next to bat.

Ame stepped up to home base and looked straight at the bowler. She was trying to anticipate their next throw, and predict where it would land. She saw the wind up and kept her eye on the ball as it came soaring towards her. She inhaled sharply and swung at just the right moment to make the right amount of contact in just the right spot on the ball. She heard the crack of the bat before she could tell where it was going. She took just a slight moment to watch it fly before she darted towards the first base pole, hoping she would be able to see all the bases after that great hit. Continuing to watch the ball soar over the outfielders heads, she wondered where it would finally come to rest.

Nancy ran out onto the field when she realized the game had already started! She quickly put her long blonde hair up into a ponytail and dashed out to her position.

"Sorry I'm late!" She called out to Chelle and then put her game face on and was ready to try and stop the other team from scoring.

Just then, she saw the ball come flying into the air after a mighty whack from someone on the opposing team. Nancy ran left, then right, then left again, her eyes focused on where the ball was going to land. She watched as it fell to the ground a few feet in front of her and quickly ran forward to grab it. She then pulled her right arm back as far as she could and then decided she had better not throw it.

She took off as fast as her legs would catch her and darted after Ame, arm outstretched as she attempted to catch up to her friend to tag her out.

This PE class has now closed.

Your marks have been given and will be added to the achievement board shortly

Team 1 also got an extra 50 points each for the best team work
