DETENTION ROOM!

Natalie went back to her books moodily.

Holly watched Natalie, bored.

Natalie began to hum the Friends theme tune.

Holly sang "Hey there Delilah" with her own lyrics.

"Hum hum hum hummmmm hummm," hummed Natalie to the tune of the chorus.

"Oh, its what you do to mee..." Holly sang.

Natalie finished humming.

Holly finished singing after her.

NAtalie grinned around randomly at her surroundings.
"Happy," she said randomly.
Then she threw up.
It was funny.
Except for the part where she threw up.

Holly raised a large eyebrow at the going's on. It was difficult for her to believe that just five years ago she had been sitting at home doing nothing, when she found out she was a witch. It seemed like a million years ago. Yet time had gone so fast.
Holly laughed at Natalie.
"Oh you silly silly girl," she said, "Here, let me mop that up for you."
She took out her wand. She used her wand to mop up the spillage. She turned to Natalie expecting a thank-you Holly. Or a card. Or a rock.

Natalie gave Holly a thank you, a card and a rock with a smile.
"Happy Honkia," said Natalie, before eating an apple and smiling a Jimbo the fly,
It was a good day.
And she was happy to be alive...
Or dead....
Or is it undead?

"DEAD!" Hayley shouted. "NO!" then she laughed, "Sorry, I was shouting," she said, even though everyone knew she was shouting.
She liked to state the obvious.
Becasue, she was rather...dumb.

Natalie grinned at Hayley.
"Yes Hayley....dead," she said, patting her friend on the arm, "now go back to your wee knitting there."
She laughed hysterically.

"Knitting?" Holly repeated, but thought it would be best not to ask.
She looked at Hayley. "Do you really knit kiddo?" she asked, contradicting her earlier statement.

Natalie grinned.
"Yes she does....remember that scarf she knit me for Christmas two years ago," she said.
Then she laughed.
"You should see the look on your face Hols," said Natalie, laughing hysterically.

Holly paused, and changed the look on her face.
"What look? Was it not pretty?" she asked, offended.

"I was...but it was kind weird," said Natalie, also pulling a weird face....
And grinning...
Natalie liked to grin...
Alot...

"Kinda weird?" Holly asked put out, "Weird how?"
She demanded Natalie show her exactly how the look, looked.

Natalie did exactly the face.
This was just to keep Holly happy.

Holly looked at the face. She giggled.
"Weird...." she said.
"You like to keep me happy," she said after a minute.

"Yes I do," said Natalie, "sad Holly is not fun."
She laughed, grinning.
She grinned, laughing.
She smiled, shrugging.

"AW thanks," Holly said, though it had not been a compliment.
Holly looked at Natalie and sighed. "Hm... you are quite pretty. I think."

"Thanks...you are very pretty...like so pretty it makes me look ugly," said Natalie, smiling.
This was true, of course.
So very true.

Holly furrowed her brow.
"Im not positive thats true." she said thinking.

"It is," said Natalie quietly.
She sighed.
Though she was quite happy.

"Im sure it is...." Holly said without thinking and put her head on the desk. Absently, she doodled "I love Matt".

Natalie grinned at this.
"Very nice," she commented.
And it was....very cute.

"Thank you," Holly said, "Isnt it pretty? Why dont you doodle "I LOVE MATH" on the table? People will know it was you who was here then."
She grinned.

Natalie smiled and didn't write anything on the table.
She was a good girl who didn't right on tables.

"Nerd," Holly tutted.
"Dont be silly," said Riley, "You arent a nerd."

"When did you come in?" Natalie asked Riley.
Had he just appeared?

Riley had just appeared.
"Hi Holly," he said lovingly.
"Hello," Holly said dreamily. They were talking to eachother, but not thinking about each other.

This was very sad, thought Natalie to herself.
She did not say it aloud.

"Something on your mind?" Riley asked Natalie.
"Something on YOUR mind?" Holly asked Riley.
"Something on the table?" George asked.

Natalie shook her head solumly.
"No," she said quietly.

"Sure?" Holly asked hugging her, "Cause I knew I loved you before I met you....."
It was a song.

"Yes," said Natalie, smiling slightly.
Natalie was actually snogging Gareth in her head.

"Yes...." Holly said absently. She couldnt say what she was doing to Riley in her head, because Natalie might hit her.
"What are you doing?" she asked, "To Gary? In your head I mean?"

"Oh nothing, nothing," said Natalie, grinning evilly.
But she wasn't really doing nothing.

Matthew walked in and threw his bag on the table
"Right guys!" he yelled to everyone "As headboy pasrt of the things i have to do is detensions, so if everyone is nice to me, I'll let you go early" he said the last but quieter than the rest

Natalie, who heard this, stood up.
"You wanna know why I'm in detention?" she asked in a crazy tone, "well, I'll tell you....because I handed a homework in too early! TOO EARLY!"

Matthew looked at her a raised eyebrow
"Wouldn't have been snape would it?" he asked her over the mumble of voices

"Was it?" Holly asked, "I never asked you that. ANd what do I have to do to get outta here Matt?" she asked.

"Yes it was," said Natalie quietly.
She scowled.

Matthew looked at her
"im surprised he didn't hang you by the shackles in the dungeon."

"They should have," Holly muttered grinning, "Nah Im kidding. You know I am. So, how did you get to be so up royalty Matt?"

"erm... by being a good biy.." Matthew gave Holly a toothy grin and then he bowed his head "you really don't ever want to do this though, its a waist of my time.."

Holly laughed.
"Yeah, bein' a good boy, Im sure Matt," she humored him, "It seems like a blast though. Not having to work and such.....like in detention."

"Yeah.." Matthew relpied sarcastically rolling his eyes, "a blast"

"Sarcasm?" Holly asked head cocked to one side. She was very sarky herself. Though she had trouble getting when other people were being sarky. That was why they should leave it to her.
