A League of Their Own

I remember watching that movie over and over again when I was a little kid and went to my aunt's place (cause she owned it on tape) and I just loved it so much!

It's about how, in the United States, they decided to make a women baseball league to keep the business going while the men were at War in the 40s. At the end we even see some women from the first ever league playing baseball while the credits are running. I think it's a great movie and very touching - some parts of it make me cry ever time I watch it.

The cast is pretty good too - Tom Hanks, Rosie O'Donnell, Madonna (though she was hired more for her looks than her acting skills and it's obvious with her character. And she's even on the cover of the movie box while her character is hardly of any more importance than others so that's saying something XD), Lori Petty and, of course, Geena Davis who in my opinion is one of the best actresses in Hollywood.
