| Pushing Daisies.
Oh my gosh.
This is officially my NEW FAVORITE SHOW!
Yes, it even tops The Office. Hard to believe, right?
Here's the rundown:
A piemaker named Ned has the power to bring dead people back to life by touching them. They can only be alive for a minute, or another thing with an equal value of life will die in its place. When Ned touches them a second time, they die again, and can not come back to life after that.
I know it sounds kind of weird, but its an adorable show!
Anyone else see it? | |

| I watched it a couple times...I dunno, it's too cheesy and COLORFUL. It's cute the first few times, but then it got annoying. Also, I seriously want to smack Ned. Guy gets on my nerves, with his too-sincere-but-utterly-fake expressions. | |

| He is adorable. But if I had to live with him, I'd scream. NONSTOP.
Also, they should show more pies. Mmm pies.

| The first episode showed on ITV this weekend.
The first thing I thought after about ten minutes in was: this is very Tim Burton. The whole style, the narrative, the colours and the weirdness are very Burton-esque.
I wasn't sure if I liked it. I'll watch the second episode to see if I get into it more, though.

| Amy! I totally agree. It IS very Tim Burton.
Its a little bizzare but I do like it. I think its something different! Its fun.
So, I am looking forward to next weeks episode. The clips I saw were quite funny, like the cling-film kiss thing. xD

| Well...I was reading on Digital Spy earlier that ITV are skipping episode two and going straight to episode three, because they only have enough Saturday night slots for 12 episodes - after that the football is going to start.
So it looks like we're going to miss episode two.

| Yeah, it is a really strange kind of show but I find it's off-beat-ness refreshing And for all you missing that missed the second episode, that's a bummer. It's one of my favoritesss Anyway, the new season in the US is starting in September. Hooray! | |

| When Desperate Housewives finally continued last week's Wednesday, I sat in front of the TV all excited like the weird girl that I am xD And then I saw the preview for the first episode of Pushing Daisies, and it looked really cooool.
Now I only got to see the first two episodes so far, but I do love it. Somehow the whole thing is bizarre, yes, but I think that's what makes it enjoyable.
It is, however, quite annoying to watch DH and PD one after the other, for both have those narrations at the beginning and end of each episode, and I hate that bit xD

| I love this show because I'm a huge Kristin Chenoweth fan. and its cute, and doesn't take itself very seriously, which i like. For me it feels like the show just stepped out of a Dr. Suess book. | |
