Oh wait, you want an explanation? Well, in both of those cases, I think I would try to make both things a bit more enjoyable. History of Magic would involve pensieves and "field trips" to actually watch the event happen. The library wouldn't be my personal torture chamber, either.

History of Magic! I teach both Potions and HoM here on HE, but in real life Potions is much too like Chemistry, which I was horrible at! History of Magic is probably the most exciting class for a muggle born to take, even though I know in the books its rather dry and boring, I bet I could liven it up.

I voted for Care of Magical Creatures. It seems like it would be an easy class to teach since there are a TON of creatures out there that I wouldn't have a hard time making lessons.

Care of magical Ceatures for me, no lesson planning, spending time with a seperate animal daily and plus the fact I partly resemble Hagrid (but I'm a girl so I havn't got a beard or men stuff, I'll make that clear now)

DADA? No thanks, it's too much defensive fighting for me. Plus I would be afraid to not prepare my students properly for any possible situations coming up in their lives. This also is the same for the other really important subject,Charms.
Transfiguration seems like hard work, also you would have to deal with things being transfigured that shouldn't be at all - uuumm, no.
Muggle Studies and HoM would be way too boring, seeing as I'm interested in neither of them...as is the same for Astronomy.
Arithmacy is too mathematical for me, CoMC and Herbology involve too much nature and Flying Lessons don't seem to fit in too well with being afraid of heights.

Ancient Runes would be nice as it does have some resemblance of language subjects, and Divination would be one hell of an interesting area to cover.
But Potions is my overall favourite choice, as for me it's closer to cooking than to Chemistry XD

Care of Magical Creatures would be fun because I love animals, but I think Transfiguration would be a blast also. I would be fun to see what actually happens when the students get it wrong.
