| Auras are the energy field around a matter which takes space, whether it be a person, object, animal or plant. Auras are of different colors which describe a certain aspect of the matter. Being able to read auras are proven to have plenty of benefits. It can tell you when to confront a person and can tune you in to illnesses and conditions around you. They can also affect your relations with other people. When you ineract with other people, you Aura reacts with theirs and if its frequency is close to theirs, their is a huge possiblity of being drawn and closer to them.
Everything around us has an aura. It is said tha we are "trained" not to see them. Through practice we can, but it isn't an easy task. The common colors of Auras are Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo and Violet, and Black.
The Red aura is known as the color of strength, strong passion and will. The lightness or darkness of this color is the determinant of one's temper. All red is related to nevous tendensies.
Orange is the color of of warmth, thoughtfulness and creativity. Different shades of Orange can determine vanity or pride (especially if it's the muddy shade) and self-control (golden shade of Orange). Having an Orange aura can also imply of kidney ailments.
The color yellow represents mental ability and optimism. It can mean learning opportunities and wisdom. A vidbrant yellow means that the person takes care of him/herself. Pale yellow implies shyness.
Green is the color of sympathy and calmness. Those who have green auras are thought to be good in healing arts and are very reliable. If it is drak in shade, it means that the person is jealous of something.
The color blue is represents quiet and calm. All blue auras are good to have but dark blue is said to be the best. Those who have dark blue auras are those who have found their work in life. Most of those who have blue as their auras are often spiritual minded too. This color can also imply tendencies of being moody or depressed.
Indigo and Violet auras are the colors of those who are seeking something in their lives. These colors imply the ability to handle worldliness and practicality. Dark shades may mean obstacles that the person needs to overcome.
Black auras indicates imbalance. This the usual aura color of those who are hiding something. It is also the color of protection.
People can strengthen their auras by having a proper diet, exercise, fresh air, sunlight and other helpful factors. Meditation as well as new age and classical music can strengthen the Aura too. Keeping a Crystal near is also helpful.
