I am a huge Coldplay fan, and if Chris Martin had any idea of who I am then he would probably have a restraining order against me.

Any other Coldplay/Chris Martin fans out there?

I have to admit, when Coldplay first came out I ignored them, simply because they were all over the place and I can be stubburn when it comes to liking popular bands. Then about three years ago I rediscovered them thru their song The Scientist, and immediatly bought all their albums. They are one of the few bands that I can honestly say I love each and every song (also want to give a shout out to U2 and Toad the Wet Sprocket who also belong in this narrow catagory, and also the Bangles, but that would be to embarressing to admit, right?).

I saw them in concert twice for their X&Y tour, once in Dallas with opening act Rilo Kiley (they rock!) and once in Oklahoma City with opener Fiona Apple (love her music but she comes across as mentally ill during live performances). Both times they were amazing, and at the OKC concert I was close enough to Chris at one point that if my husband hadn't physically restrained me I could have lept over a balconey into Chris's open arms. *sighs*

Now Coldplay is not just Chris Martin, there's also Johnny Buckland, Will Champion and Guy Berryman. I love them too, but Chris with his ultra blue eyes and amazing vocals and lyrics has my heart (not my real heart because that belongs to Aaron, but the heart that everyone has and gives to their favorite celebrity that they have no chance of ever hooking up with, usually because of restraining orders).

And I love his kids! Little Apple and brother Moses are the perfect combo of Chris and Gwyn, and if I had to lose Chris to an actress I can think of no one else better for him than Paltrow.

So, any Chris lovers out there?
