Challenge Title: Changes

It
is your challenge to take the base image (below) and make it your own.
You can not move the original image or change the canvus size. Do NOT add any images to the given image - your challenge is to use the tools found in graphics softwares such as psp (for example: noise, blur, blinds etc etc) and change the given image to somethingelse, no matter how unusual - be creative and experiment with the tools.

Housepoints avaliable:
