Rearrange the third line using a synonym for the first word.

Think about how this could apply to the first line.

*giggles* Umm... look at all the clues given, especially the synonym ones, and think about meanings and what the descriptions are describing...

Think about the 3rd line and put a synonym there for the word that has the most synonyms available. Try all the synonyms and keep saying the line to yourself with the diffrent synonyms. You should find a synonym that, when you say the line, makes it sound familiar... And look at the 6th and 7th lines... What are they describing?

I found 18 by accident, but I don't think this could lead to it, so I'm thinking it leads to a task. I was leaning toward Grey Lady as well, but I think I'm mistaken.
