ROUND 3 DUELS - GROUP 2

::Snape walks onto the duelling platform which seems to have been enlarged. Looking around he notices that he is the first one there. ::

"Time for some preparation then i think"

::Snape takes out his wand and points it at himself::

"Maksimum elementaran štit" (Maximum elemental shield in serbian)

::Protected from all types of elemental spells, Snape thinks up more protections::

"zao demon čuvati" (goblin guard in serbian)

::A shield protection and an angry goblin protection, what better start than that!::

Pillow entered, catching sight of Snape. She glared at him.

"incendia flamma!" (flire flame) She shouted at Snape. As the spell bounced off Snape, Pillow understood that he had shielded himself.

"somes contego!" (body shield) She whispered to herself, and the shield surrounded her.

She glanced around the room, mapping out her stratiagy

::Snape grinned as pillow entered the room. Bowing slightly, he pointed her wand at her and uttered::

"štit pomno ispitivati" (shield scan in serbian)

::A thin, barely visable beam of flickering green light pertruded from his wand. He could see pillows confusion as he continued to scan her shield to find out exactly how strong it was and whether there were any weaknesses. He grinned as the beam faded. It was a semi-strong body shield, yet it did not seem to cover her head as well as the rest of her body. He would have to fire a few spells to break through it, but he knew now that it was possible::

"Štit napasti...Pometnja rast...glava smanjiti se"
(shield attack...Confusion growth...head shrink - in serbian)

"mental cavum!" (mental depression) Pillow yelled at Snape.

She knew that the spell would cause Snape's memories and horrible thoughts to flood back, making him unable to concentrate well.

"mental contego!" (mental shield) She shouted, pointing her wand at herself.
Now she was fully protected.

"fog quod smoke!" (fog and smoke) She whispered, causing fog and smoke to surround her. It was almost impossible to see her now.

::Snapes head exploded with painful memories as a dense fog began to surround him. He fell to his knees and clutched his head with one hand and his wand with another.::

"Think, Snape, think"

::Snape struggles to put his wand to his head and cried out::

" Sinnesfokus" (mind focus - german)

::Soon his mind began to focus upon what was happening in the room.::

"Gedächtnis verbannen" (memory banish)

::The bad memories filtered out slowly allowing Snape to pull himself to his feet. He still couldn't see through the fog, and therefore couldnt see his opponant, (and wondered where the others were as well!). Thinking quickly, he whispered::

"Trocknende Hitze" (drying heat - german)

::Soon the heat of the room disapperated the fog, leaving a clear path to his oponant::

"Eisdusche" (ice shower - german)

::Snape watched as the frozen ice shower began to fall upon pillow, his fingers crossed that it would freeze her in an ice cube::

:Ginny skipped into the room-yes, skipped she was happy to be there. However, she soon jumped back when she saw Pillow getting rained on by ice and Snape crossing his fingers.:

"Well, that doesn't seem to fair! Pregunte la maldición. (Question Curse in Spanish)" :Now, Snape could only speak in questions, confusing his wand to whether or not he actually wanted to do the spell. Ginny knew she had to fight Pillow as well, so she turned to her and said:

"La onda de agua (Wave of water in spanish)" :A wave of water was then sent at Pillow, Ginny realized she should protect herself against her opponents-who would not be too pleased with her and pointed her wand at herself, saying:

"Protección eterna" (Everlasting protection in Spanish) :Well, the protection wasn't particularly everlasting, it could stand six small spells, three average, and two extremely powerful, but it would be enough:

Pillow was overwelmed with the precipitation being thrust at her.


"Siccus!" (dry in latin)

The water disappeared

Reconizing the shield ginny used, pillow turned towards her and began sending random hexes at her to work down the shield and hopefully distroy it.

"rasti ponajviši!" (grow very very very much taller)

"brbljanje slučajan!" (chatter random things)

"ići gluv!" (deaf)

::Pad runs in."Sorry I'm lait...crazed fan girls...again!" Pad yelled whipping out his wand...::

:As a mode of protection, Ginny folded her arms in front of her, feelingn her shield weaken with each spell. At the end of it all, the spell had taken 3 small spells:

"lapin!" (Rabbit in french) :she shouted as she waved her wand. Pillow should then have turned into a cute hoppy little bunny. Unfortunately, the spell would only lasy 3 minutes...but it'd work)

"navet!"(Turnip in french) :Ginny then followed up with a turnip to keep little Pillow bunny happy. She turned and saw Padfoot coming towards her.:

"Bonjour!: Ginny greeted.: "charme jaune!" (Yellow spell in french) :It was a random little spell that would turn Pad's world different shades of yellow mostly for confusion purposes:

Pillow hopped around the room, taking out her frustration on her turnip.

SMASH

BASH

WHAM

The turnip was really ready to file for abuse charges. He was black and blue and needed a cast on his head.

Pillow hopped over to an unaware Pad. She bite his ankle with her ultra sharp bunny teeth and then tripped him while he tried to jump away. Then, she hurried behind a random couch to protect herself for the next 3 minutes.

::Snape's eyes widened when he found only questions flowing from his mouth causing his wand to react in the wrong way. Thinking quickly, Snape realised that he could use it for his advantage. Non-verble spells. His oponents would not be able to hear his spells and he might get the upper hand. Noticing Pillow's form changing back slowly to human, he focuses upon the rest of the room.

Concentrating on group spells, Snape casts a non-verble 'Ultima nerezza continua' (ultimate continual darkness). The room is plunges into unpenetrable darkness before Snape casts the non-verble 'Luce al Beholder' (light to beholder) charm, allowing light to only hit his eyes. Now he could see though the others were still in darkness. Pointing at each of his oponents in turn, Snape casts the 'ritorno di fiamma di periodo' charm (spell backfire).

:Ginny groaned as darkness descended upon the room. She had forgotten to use the Questioning Curse on his mind.:

"Licht vom Einhorn!" (Light of the unicorn in German) :Ginny shouted, pointing her wand directly above her. Unfortunately, due to the backfire spell, this sent a blast of light at her feet, knocking her off her balance. She fell backwards and landed on a smushy turnip:

"Eww!" :Ginny squeaked. Obviously, something was wrong with her wand. Well, maybe she could get it to backfire...but into a good way?:

"Um...imp Tanz!" (Imp Dance in German) :Ginny's spell backfired, as it should but instead of dancing imps emitting from her wand in random directions, gigantic ogres were rampaging across the room:

"Now the only problem is I don't get stepped on-squee!" :The largest ogre had nearly stepped on her.: "Better fix my eyes so that at least I can see where they're going..Andauernde Dunkelheit (ongoing darkness in german)" :She smiled as she began to see. The light only worked on her eyes as the spell she had cast was meant to affect the whole room, but the backfiring only affected her.:

Pillow finally reached her normal human form, after 3 minutes.

"orr növekedés!"(nose growth) She shouted at Snape.

"láthatatlan kibír!" (invisible bar) She shouted at Ginny. She watched as Ginny tripped over the bar...

Then Pillow ran behind the couch again to repair her shield. "kijavít pajzs!" (repair shield) She whispered.

Then, she ran out behind the shield.

"fázik!" (freeze) She yelled at Snape, pointing her wand at him.

"fazik!" She yelled again as she spun around to face Pad.

She slowly turned to Ginny, releaved at how fast this was working...

:Due to Snape's backfire spell, which Pillow must not have noticed, Ginny did not trip over an invisible bar, but a very visible cushion. She landed softly and got up just as quickly as she had fallen, watching Pillow charm and curse everybody else in the room. Ginny wondered what the backfire effects would be...She noted that her shield had room for two more small spells...:

"il partito di bevitore rosa animale!" (Pink animal drinker party in Italian) :She cast a spell that backfired to reveal an attacking purple people eater. Of course, it did not want to eat Ginny, she was wearing yellow. The one thing purple people eater's will not eat, it is yellow. Now she had to create purple people:

"animale rosa!" (pink animal in italian) :Ginny cast the spell on Pillow, and for good measure, the frozen Snape and Padfoot. She decided to throw in one last spell:

"protezione di diavolo!" (Devil's Protection in Italian) :An angel appeared with a flaming sword to guard her for three minutes (We'll say until my next post):

Pillow thrust her wand out in front. "fatuskó befest igézet!" (block color charm) She shouted, distroying Ginny's hex.

Next, she turn to face the purple eater thing. "támadás sárga!" (attack yellow) She shouted.

::Awakening from a long catnip, Kitty remembered that she had a duel to do and so she hurried into the dueling area, already seeing that her opponents were dueling it out.She took out her wand waving it over her own head "Protect Me" she whispered spraying herself with soft pink dust that fluttered out of her wand and showered onto her. She then looked around to see who was there.
Then suddenly the room was engulfed in darkness. Luckily, she was able to see a little bit in the dark as it was one of her more feline-ish abilities. However, making her way towards the center of the room, she could feel eyes on her from the darkness.
"Imber Ymber Catus!" (raining cats) she cast the spell up into the air and the ceiling began pouring down with cats of all sizes from small tabby cats to large ferocious tigers. Three tabby cats fell down on Snape's head, a cheetah landed right on top of pillow, two lions jumped down in front of Pad, a large orange tiger pounced at Ginny. Kitty giggles, as she watched the felines attack her opponents:::

Pillow shrieked a she saw her fellow duelers pelted with cats.

But a second later, she felt the claws of her cheetah digging into her skin. She cried out in pain, and whirled around as she thought of a spell.

"statisk elektrisk !" (static electricity) She cried as the cheetah's claws dug into her ankles.

She grinned as the cheetah flew off her body in suprise. His entire body was being jolted with electricity.

Pillow watched as it slowly slid unconcious from the spell.

She felt badly for doing that, but it had to be done.

Then she turned on kitty. "afkoge!" (boils) She shouted, and watched as kitty crumbled to the floor clutching her bright red face.

"fremskreden skærme!" (advanced shield) She whispered to herself as she turned to face the others.

:Ginny guessed that the backwardsing spell had worn off, but unfortunately, so had her angel of protection. She felt the cat pounce on her and screamed, but then she was surprised when it began to lick her face. Obviously, it was quite a friendly cat. After a minute of licks and pets, Ginny got up off the cat and let it out to go bug some Slytherins. She raised her wand and pointed it at Pillow:

"De dodelijke slang!" (Deadly snake in dutch) :Ginny noticed that Kitty seemed to be having facial issues, so, just this once, she decided to help her out:

"De de-zweer!" (Deboil in dutch) :Ginny then cast the spell:

"De vliegende das!" (Flying badger) :She climbed onto the badger and flew above her opponents, plotting out her next attack.

Pillow rolled her eyes at Ginny. A snake? This girl was pathetic!

Pillow was a Slytherin. The snake represented her. She wasn't afraid.

"stjórna snákur!" (control snake) She shouted. Then, she told the snake to go after Ginny, who was siding with kitty.

"glavobolja!" (headache) She shouted at kitty.

:She chuckled as the snake tried to jump up and reach her, as she was flying on her good badger buddy, Bob.:

"Sorry to disappoint you, snakey." :Ginny said with a little laugh. She saw that Pillow was, once again, singleing out Kitty. Ginny flicked her wand at Pillow:

"Since your a Slytherin, you should appreciate this...cabelo verde(green hair in portuguese)" :Pillow's hair turned green, but, the hidden secret to this hair was that it would grow and grow until the person was suffocated by it. She then waved her wand again at the snake:

"inofensivo"(harmless in portuguese) :It was turned into a harmless toy, and Ginny flew down and picked it up.

"Aw, it's kinda cute."

Pillow grinned for a split second. Green hair? Cool.

Then she gasped as a string of hair slipped into her mouth. It was choking her.

"Brydia!" (burn) She gasped, choking, at the hair. She realized that was a bad idea as the fire burned her head.

She uttered a scream and yelled "поя!" (water) and the fire disappeared.

But the hair was wrapping itself around her next.

"ножици!" (scissors) A pair of scissors appeared and began rapidly cutting away the hair.

Ginny would pay for that.

"flame shower!" (no translation) She watched as the flames and heat surrounded Ginny and began to engulf her in the heat

Pillow cursed lily under her breath.

"You are the peanut butter AND the jelly." She told Ginny under the bread.

"rosta!' (toast) She shouted, and a hole immeaditly burned in the bread.

"Later!" She shouted to ginny, and climbed through the hole. She sealed it will a wave of her wand.

"enorm rostat !" (huge toaster) She cried. A huge toaster appeared.

"Locomorter PB+J!" (one normal spell, sorry) Ginny and her sandwich began to slide into the toaster.

"Sorry ginny! I really am! But you know, this is a duel!" Pillow switched the toaster to *warm*.

After sealing the door, she ran off to find Lily.

:Ginny grumbled and moved her wand so that it was directly against the ropes. She could feel herself getting warmer and warmer but concentrated hard on the spell she had to do.:

"нож гнезда" (jack knife) :The tip of Ginny's wand became sharp and she was able to cut herself loose. Next, she had to get out of this humungous freakin' toaster:

"убейте власть(мощь)" (kill power) :Ginny felt the atmosphere cool down and she gave a sigh of relief. Grasping a handful of the warm bread, she climbed out of the toaster and stood on the top.:

"You know what, Lily? I really like your levitation spells. Mind if I try?" :Ginny asked, flicking her wand at the two large pieces of toast in the bread:

"поднимите хлеб" (levitate bread) :The two pieces of bread were brought out and over Lily and Pillow.:

"Now that you're all paired up....крошки!" (crumbs) :Lily and Pillow were each buried underneath a small mountain of bread crumbs. Only their heads were exposed.:

"Hmmm...as lovely as it is to have you both buried like this, what am I going to do with all this bread? Oh, I have a lovely idea! гигантская птица (giant birds)" :Two huge birds appeared, one was blue and one was green:

"Alright my pretties go eat the bread!" :The blue one went for Lily and the green one went for Pillow. Ginny felt her hair, it was shorter and slightly singed,:

"зеркало!(mirror) Oh! I'll have to grow that back...оживите волосы (vitalize hair)" :Her hair grew back, no longer singed. "Perfect"

"Very good actually, I'm a badger, remember?" :Ginny responded with a chuckle.:

"plager utgraving (badger dig) :the dirt was then blasted away and Ginny was busied with clearing a path up to the Dueling Room. She hummed the mining song in Snow White as she worked.:

"I'm ba-ack. And a brought you a present! ingen luft (no air)" :The oxygen level in the air was diminished in the room, except for the caster of the spell-the lovely Ginny:

"Now...just in case you think of something-which I know you will dear Lily...how about...magisk blokk(magic block)" :This prevented her opponent from casting any spells-mind or otherwise-for two minutes. Hopefully, Ginny would be able to rack her badger brain for some more ideas...:


(norwegian spells)

"I actually love to swim. But my uniform doesn't need a washing...水排水 (water drain)" :Ginny said, shaking her butt to get rid of the water that was soaking up there.:

"触电!" (electric shock) :she sent a bolt of lightening up at Lily, hoping to knock her off her perch:

(simplified chinese)

"Owie!" :Ginny shrieked, getting slightly shocked. She looked up at Lily:

"Suppose I deserved that, I did copy your levitation spell. You know what's pretty? Rainbows! 五彩繽紛的圍巾 (Rainbow wrap)" :Ginny waved her wand in a flowing motion completing the spell just as she was sent back by the gust of wind.:

"At least I'm getting dry...終止空氣一段時間 (terminate air spell)" :She whispered, as the air slowly began to cease.:

"Brr...and me without my Badgers Unleashed hoodie." :Ginny said, shivering slightly.:

"patinajes sobre hielo" (ice skates in spanish): she tapped her wand to her feet and ice skates appeared. Now Ginny would be able to get around. But what to do about her getting cold?:

"anti helado" (anti freeze in spanish) :Ginny smiled she was no longer cold. She looked up at Lily and her bird:

"Sorry to do this,I'm personally against animal cruetly, but as you said...its a duel...encienda plumas!" (ignite feathers) :Ginny cast the spell to set Lily's bird's tail feathers on fire:
