As a new prefect, I'm supposed to help out with Charms class. So without further ado may I present


Charming Careers
Part One

For this class, what I want you to do is choose one career within the wizarding world. It can be any career you want including, if you so desire, home-maker. Your task is to come up with three charms that would be useful within this career. They can be from the books or ones you invent yourself. If you choose to invent one, be sure to explain it thoroughly. There are four points for each charm I would like you to cover: the incantation, the wand movement (if it is not known for certain, here's your chance to be creative), the result of the charm, and any possible consequences that may occur from misuse.

This part will be worth a total of 150 points; 50 for each charm.

Part two

Next, I would like you to choose any of these charms. From there, your task will be to tell a story about a time this charm was used for the career you chose. It can be in RP format, a little story (no more than 300 words) or drabble. If you can think of any other creative writing style to use, feel free to do so as long as you convey the story. It's up to you whether it's a story about a successful use or a disastrous one. This part will be worth 100 points.

Spelling, punctuation, and grammar will be taken into account.

Total points available for the entire assignment will be 250.  This class will be graded periodically.
