HEBB 2 : Living Room

Flopping down on the couch, Jenn picked up her Ipod and quickly set it to play various songs. Snuggling down into the couch, she picked up her copy of Great Expectations and flipped it open to the beginning. A really interesting and classic book that everyone should read. Or at least that's what she heard over and over and over again. As she started to read, her pink cotton feet started tapping in time with the music. A few minutes passed when Jenn suddenly realized she was still reading the same paragraph over and over and still didn't know what it was about.

"Oh bother..." She flipped to the middle of the book so it'll look like she read most of it and placed it on her head, effectively shading the lights from her eyes. "At least this book's good for something." Jenn said as she closed her eyes.

Streams tiptoed in, and put a finger on her lips when she saw Jenn apparently napping. She edged carefully into the room and sat cross-legged on the floor. Six white mice walked solemnly behind her, and they sat down in a perfect semicircle in front of her.

"Shoo, you weirdos! Why are you following me everywhere? Are you spies? Or are you just hungry, sweethearts? Hmm?" Musingly, Streams reached into a pocket and pulled out a piece of bread that she had snagged from the kitchen earlier. She crumbled the bread for the mice and they each picked up a piece and ate it, but when they were done they sat up brightly and gazed at Streams, chittering softly.

"You can eat Jenn's book if you get hungry again," she whispered, winking.

Pamela walked into the living room. She saw two people in there. One was on the couch napping. "Well," she muttered, "she should be exciting."

Then she noticed what the other person was doing. She was actually feeding mice. "Please tell me those are your pets," Pamela said, in undisguised revoltion.

"Anyway, I'm Pamela," she said, holding out her hand.

Oblivious to Streamers and her friends entering the room, Jenn slowly swayed her head from side to side. The pages of the book rustled as she moved her head. One of these days, she really had to get herself one of those nighttime mask thingies to sleep on. She made a mental note the next time she was out shopping to get one. Her head swaying moved to humming moved to singing. Next thing she knew she was singing loudly and tapping her hand against the leg of her jeans.

"Hit me baby one more time! My loneliness is killing me and I..." Jenn sang with her hand in the air. "I must confess, I still believe...STILL BELIEVE!"

With the suddenly hand movement, the book slipped to the floor. As light suddenly hit her eyes, blinding her slghtly, Jenn leaned over to pick up the book. Still humming, she was surprised to find herself nose to nose to a little white mouse. Blinking rapidly, she quickly leaned back, nearly knocking the couch backwards. As Jenn looked around she saw Streamers sitting on the floor with a few more mice and another girl standing nearby. "Hmm, hi Streamers..." She called out, her brown eyes still glued to the mouse closest to her.

Streams turned to Pamela and Jenn and smiled brightly. "These are NOT my pets! I wasn't aware we were allowed to bring pets with us, or I'd have brought my three dogs, five cats and two baby badgers! These mice were just wandering around, maybe you should ask Big Brother about them!"

After that long defense, she stopped to take a breath, looking at Jenn curiously. "Jenn! Jenn! Did you have a good nap? Did you? Did you like the book? Do you have lots of great songs in that thing? Can I listen to some? Would you let me listen to your Ipod? Just one song? Or maybe two? Please?"

Jenn eyes widen even larger with every sentence Streamers asked her. "Why, yes it was quite short...the book I...my Ipod? Yes, I suppose I could....of course you...okay...ALRIGHT!" She sputtered, still a bit dazed at all the questions Streamers piled on her. Slowly, she edged off the top of the couch until her feet was planted firmly on the ground again, although no where near the white mice. But Jenn couldn't help but notice that up close, they weren't so bad. A bit cute if you got over fact that they were infested rodents. It did help that their white fur shone in the light.

Glancing back up at Streamer's bright eyes still looking at her Ipod, Jenn held it out to her as she did promise to let her borrow it. Although she shot off her questions so quickly, Jenn wasn't sure if it was her Ipod she asked for. For all she knew, she could have agreed to become Streamer's slave for eternity...Hopefully that wasn't the case though.

"Well Streams, you certainly live up to your name," Pamela laughed. Then she saw Kaylee wave and leave. Shrugging, Pamela asked, "Do you know where the bedroom is? I need to unpack." She pointed to the luggage she had set down in the hall.

"Ooh Mr. Mousie!" Dragon cried as she skipped into the room and sprawled on one of the chairs. Patting one of Streams...friends on the head, she turned towards the room and inspected the decour. "Not bad," she muttered to herself "But why is there a big hunk of cheese in the middle of the carpet?" Frowning to herself she placed Mr. Mousie and co. on the huge block of cheese and dug her head behind the cushion. Usually, Dragon finds a bunch of spare change there.

Caro let out a high pitched squeal, and came barrelling towards Jenny - aka Jenn (but only I can call her Jenny xD). She saw the mortified look on Jenny's face, as she jumped, and tackled her roughly down on the floor, huggling her hard.

"JENNY PENNY!!!!!!!!!!!!!" she squeed. "DO YOU WANT ME TO SMOOCH YOU AWAAAAAAAAY!?!?!?!?" she asked grinning.

Jenn let out a shriek as a blur tackled and knocked her off of the couch. As she struggled to untangle herself, she only had to see the blond hair to know who was culprit. "CARO!!! Let me...ump.....ouch that's my arm," She muttered as she tried to untangle herself from Caro's grasp. Breathing heavily, Jenn glared at her. "And shh! Don't call me that! People are going to start calling me by that name!"

Unable to hold her stern face, Jenn started giggling and chanted, "Lil Caro, Lil Caro, LIL CARO!"

Caro stuck out her tongue, and flung her arms around Jenny again. "JENNYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" she squeed again. "Hi! And I'm hoping everyone will start calling you Jenny, because I know that will annoy you, and the mere annoyance will make you insaaaaaaaaaaane...r!"

"I beg your pardon!" Jenn said primly with her hands on her hips, or at least tried to with Caro's arms still around her. "I am not insane in the slightest!"

With that comment, she nodded as she reached over to pick up her book and plopped it on Caro's head. Suddenly, Jenn grabbed a soft brown cushion from the couch, threw it at Caro, and jumped behind the couch for cover.

"Oof!" Caro managed to get out, as a cushion hit her, and she turned to glare at Jenny, only to see her take cover behind the couch. Caro narrowed her eyes, and let out a growl. "You know, we owl DO growl..." she told her, and crawled behind the second couch. "Jenny, you schmoo, you'll regret that freakin' pillow you threw at me - AND THE BOOK, DUDE!!!!" she yelled, and started piling pillows behind her couch, while grumbling under her breath.

"Aww but I thought owls were supposed to be sweet little things..." Jenn teased as she untangled her deadly grip from the back of the couch as she expected Caro to be more direct with her revenge. Pulling her out and using her as a bedspring seemed more like her style. But maybe Caro was nicer because of all the shots of rum she had. Peeking out behind her couch, Jenn noticed Caro taking all the pillows and glaring daggers at her. Or maybe not..., she thought to herself as she gave Caro an innocent smile and a happy wave.

"Oh my God, could that be Johnny Depp?!?" Jenn yelled, pointing behind Caro. Not waiting to see if it worked, she sprang forward to take a few pillows to defend herself. At least until she was able to edge out the door and start running for her life to a room where she could lock herself in... xD

At the mention of 'Johnny Depp' Caro automatically turned to look, and immediatly realized she had once again fallen for the old trick.

"THAT WAS LOW!!!!" she yelled, pouting. "But I'll let Oliver Wood know what kind of player you are!" Caro said, smirking. "Yeah, I'll tell him you're teasing moi!"

Caro started to cover herself with pillows, using duct tape to attach them, and last - but not least! - she covered her head with a pillow, making herself look more or less like a sumo wrestler with her entire body covered with big cushions.

She slowly staggered up on her feet - which had nothing to do with the rum amount she had enjoyed earlier - and swayed forward, her speed increasing the closer she got to Jenny.

"ARRRRRRRRRRRGH!!!!!!!!!" she roared, and threw herself on Jenny, crushing her with her pillow-covered body.

Jenn gasped in horror as she peeked over the top of the couch. "Not my Oliver?!" Her eyes widen as she saw a large lump of pillow rush forward. Not able to jump out in time, she turned and tripped on the leg of the chair and Caro fell on her back. Although it didn't hurt, Caro did accomplish her goal. Jenn couldn't move at all as her entire body was pinned to the ground by Mount Caro.

Grabbing hold of the couch, Jenn tried to pull herself away, but only succeeded in dragging Caro with her. Together they slowly moved inch by inch to the doorway looking like a big lump of brown cotton snail. (not like something else! xD)

Caro started to kick and wave her arms in an attempt to get up - but it was impossible! She felt like a turtle that had fell on its back.

"Jenny!" she managed to get out. "If I promise to kidnap Oliver to you, will you help me out of this pillow thingy? You know, I'm pretty good at kidnapping people - I kidnapped Emma Watson for Roman, and he seemed very pleased!" she pointed out.

(Btw, this scene somehow reminds me of The Ring and how Samara climbs up from the well and how she crawls out of the tv :D)

Scooting away from the fighting pair she glanced warily at the girls. Either they were always like this or they had eaten too much sugar. Hugging one of the pillows she muttered to herself while watching the funny scene below her. "This is better than those boring reality shows on tv!"

"Okay okay I promise!" Jenn yelled, her voice still muffled underneath the cushions. As she felt Caro lean onto her side, Jenn look advantage and grabbed onto the table and slowly started to pull herself out of the pile. Breathing heavily, she leaned against the couch for support as it was very suffocating underneath there.

"Okay Caro, a promise is a promise!" Jenn said as she got down on her knees and started tugging at the tape and pillows. After several minutes of pulling, she had to admit it wasn't working. "I think I'll have to go find someone to help!"

She started to leave the room when she suddenly turned around again. "I don't want anyone to trip over you or something," Jenn explained as she started rolling the pillow covered ball of Caro into the corner of the room. Spotting a spare pillow nearby, she put it beneath Caro's head for a bit. "Hmm...in case I can't find anyone...why don't you take a little nap for a bit?" With that suggestion, Jenn jumped to her feet and ran out of the room.

Things had begun to get crazy, so Pamela decided to just find the bedroom on her own. Picking up her suitcase she walked out the door to go exploring.

"Oi!" Caro yelled, kicking furiously with her feet. "Lemme out! Jenny! JENNY YOU SCHMOO!!!!!!!!! I WILL HAVE MY REVENGE!!!!!" she called after the Hufflepuff who had just disappeared from the room.

Shausto wandered into the living room, knowing she was extrmely late.
Only a muffled voice came from the corner, and shausto stifled laughter at the pillow-clad bundle.
"Okay there, Caro?"

Emmalynn all but skipped into the living room and flopped down onto the red plush carpet. She started humming, when she saw a book on the floor. She picked it up and read the title. "Gross!!" she exclaimed, throwing the book across the room, "I hate Great Expectations..."

She stood up and walked over to a girl sitting on the couch. She extended her hand. "Hi! I'm Emmalynn! You can call me Em, Emma, Lynn, or anything you want really...." she said, grinning.

Caro tried to look up as someone called her name, but failed with great amount of style.

"Can someone help meeeee!?" she called, trying to roll over again with no result. "Please? Anyone?"

Strutting into the living room again, Jenn hiked the toolbelt higher on her pants. "I'm back and ready for action!" She annouced as she patted her trusty belt. Armed with every scisser, knife, and sharp object she could find (including a twisted metal thing she 'borrowed' from Streamer's baggage), Jenn was finally realy to save Caro. Although, just in case, she put on a large hockey mask she found from one of the coat closets to save herself from Caro, in case she was a teensy bit mad at her when she got free again.

"Elana! You made it here before me!" Jenn said happily as she skipped over to Elana's side. She took a look at Elana's outfit. "Tsk, tsk, I told you we had to come and save Caro. But you don't look anything like a superhero." Digging into her pocket, she pulled out a piece of paper with a large Superman sign on it. Putting a dap of glue on Elana's shirt, she put the paper on top and patted it down so it could be firm. "There! That's an improvement at least..."

Jenn sat down next to Elana and also took out a pair of scissors, she started hacking away at the tape. "So I think we should release her head and body first but leave her arms for last. I mean, I just think we'll work faster if her arms were pinned so she wouldn't strangle me or something..."

Dani entered the lving room and waved at a few people who were sitting down. HEBB seemed deffinatly more toned down, or maybe everyone had matured. Dani snickered under her breath, as she looked at the mess of duct tape and carou, well some people had matured.

She pulled out a book and sat down on a stool and began to read...

Chelle walked into the living room and, seeing all the couches taken, took out her wand and conjured up an inflatable sofa filled with water with loads of cushions on it.

Smiling, she lay back onto the couch and watched everything going on in the room

Caro glared at Elana and Jenny as they discussed about leaving her amazingly awesome arms for last.

How rude.

"I agree with Elana," she growled at Jenny. "You can't escape me forever. Besides, I can always kidnap Oliver Wood, and... I dunno, push him down the cliff?" she snickered, and quickly wiped the grin from her face as she saw the look on Jenny's face.

Jenn gasped as she dropped her scissors. "How would you threaten Oliver like that? He's done nothing wrong except be wonderfully adorable and funny if not a tad bit obsessed with quidditch?" Her eyes narrowed as she rocked back on her heels. "In that case, I won't tell you were I locked up Johnny Depp and hid him for you as a 'I'm sorry' present.

Looking over, Jenn smiled at Kim. "Hey! We're just...hanging out. You know Caro's being the usual Caro. Long story" xD She dug out a pair of scissors and handed them to her. "You could help us get Caro out if she's nice..."

"Oi!" Caro said, kicking furiously as she tried to get out. "Dude, my husband is happily in my closet, which is being guarded by none other than Jimmy my... second or third husband," she said, frowning a bit. "Darn, I can't even remember which number he is! I seriously have too many husbands..."

Traci runs into the living room. She was so happy that she got to be here again.

"What is up you guys?" She asked happily. "Chance number two to win!"

"TRACIIII!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Caro screamed from where she was - on the floor, and partly covered with cushions, that were taped to the body with duct tape. "HELP ME, I'M A FELLOW GRYFFIE, AND YOU LOVE ME!!!!!!!!"

kayz walked into the living room and sat down near the window and looked over at eveyone jumping around

"woah, this is getting crazy. maybe i'll come back later," she said. kim walked out of the room

*although to where i have no clue, i'm in too many rooms!!*
