Your Internet Explorer

What internet explorer do you use and how good is it?


I used to use Microsoft internet explorer and then went to Firefox when Sharon did but recently Ive been using Avant browser which is pretty good if not a litte slow

I haaaaate IE - it's slow, it clicks, it's not very well laid out and it's full of security holes. I never use it apart from when checking my university emails, because that site does not like FireFox!)

I've tried a couple of others, like Opera and Netscape, but they felt very much like IE to me - in that they were clunky and clicked.

Firefox is my favourite - I like how you can add bits on - the different themes, and various search engine boxes, plus the ad blocker.

I don't understand the people who stick with Internet Explorer - it's the weakest of the browsers out there!

So yes. Firefox for the win!

I like Firefox and Opera best, but I use IE at work. I have no real other option.

whereas IE often makes my computer go crazy -.-

.... especially since I've been so stupid and gone and downloaded IE 7 (that's the latest version, right? XD) ... every time I try to close a normal explorer window, an IE window pops up and says "IE needs to close" ... and then I either have to wait a couple of minutes until I can close it through the task manager or else, my comp freezes up completely and I have to restart it by force.

... not normal, eh?! XD

I use IE and FF though I prefer FF as IR just keeps freezing al the time

I tend to stick with FireFox as IE has decided not to work for me at all recently.
