Homework Help

With talk of The Crucible going on in the GHCR in community I wondered how popular a homework forum would be to you all.

We did have a homework thread once before, though I thought that, if popular, we could have a whole forum dedicated to homework/school work/ college work and so on in real life. You could post questions you need help with, ask for people to discuss things you need to write essays on to give aclearer picture and so on.

I dont want to open it unless it proves popular so let me know

In my opinion, I think that it wouldn't be used. I do think some people would use it but only for a little while, then it would be forgotten. In my opinion it would be better to have a thread first and then add another thread for a specific topic if that seems to be the most popular.

But personally, I agree with Katie. I don't think it would be used that much. Maybe, start off with a thread, see how it goes?

Hm, I don't think I'd use it .. :/ ... partly because most of the stuff I do in school are in German and I'd have to translate everything if I wanted to ask something XD ... I'l like to help, though, but I have no idea how big the curriculum differences are xD

but yes - one could try reviving the homework thread although I'm rather skeptical about that, too, since, if I remember well, it wasn't a really active one :/

I think that it could prove useful. I would try to help those who needed it, maybe a trial period to see how much it was used?

I personally would love it. I always thought about something like this but never thought anyone else would like to get involved.

I would also love it! I spend alot of time on HE and some of school stuff i look at and go well i dont get it/dont have any good ideas so i'll just go on HE. I end up getting into trouble so it would be awesome if i could do both at the same time! And loads of people on the site are adults and would have more sophisticated ideas and be able to explain things better! But i do think we should have a trial period first.
