Did you ever thought how sad it is when you in a class, duel or exam create a particular spell, potion, essay about a certain creature or aspects of the magic world, and then they're left to rot in the darkness of the closed threads?

Dispair no more! Now you can create your own Book of Shadows. And now you ask what is a Book of Shadows? A Book of a Shadows is something every witch and wizard should make, in it you write down all the spells you create, all the potions you discover, all information about some magical places, famous Wizards/Witches, creatures and how to treat them or vanquish them. What's best? It's a great legacy to your children, a living memory of your existence and greatness.

This is how the Book of Shadows will work:

1- If you want one you need to sign up here for me to open a thread for you.

2- Before start posting you need to create a cover (preferably one you make using a graphics programm though it can be also a picture you find in google or other search engine.) - This Will Be Your FIRST POST! (up to 100 points for this)

3- Still before posting your spells, potions... you need to create a preface. The preface can be anything you want from a long rant saying that if anyone tries to mess with your book they wll be cursed, to a small(s) sentence you like, poems, or you can have someone wirting something for you about you and your skills. - This Will Be Your SECOND POST! (up to 150 points for this)

4 - Now you can start posting. You must only put one potion, spelll, essay... per post. Everytime you post something new if you want me to mark it please report it in the Book of Shadows Index Thread. This thread is only for sign-ups to have a Book of Shadows.

5 - Everytime you create a potion, spell, essay... if it's new you will be able to win up to 100 or more if I think the work is worthy enough. You can use old potions, spells, essays... you created in past classes. However I will only award up to 50 points if you add at least something new to it like a picture or you develop it somehow, otherwise you won't get any points for that work. Though I recomend you to post your old works in your Book of Shadows as it's kind of a portfolio of all your work in HE and your experience within the magic world.

so are these spells that you can make up and just write in, or do you have to have used them in a class?

Preferibly spells you made up, though you can also use spells you used in a class before.

I am going to open your thread. Don't forget what you must do on your first and second post.
