I saw the first challenge and was frightened
Elfie told us we had to rhyme
That’s when I decided it was bedtime
And I ran from the Badge Burrow.

It is five months later
I am still not a rhymer
But I’ll give it a try
I hope there is a hospital nearby
For when I epically fail in the Badge Burrow.

I think that it is worth a shot
I mean it will earn Slytherin house points and whatnot
Plus all the badges look like fun
So guess that means I’ll give it a run
Here I come, finally, Badge Burrow.

So I guess this is goodbye
Though I shall be nearby
When I get my results
(even if I expect this to get insults)
I shall return to the Badge Burrow.

I did it! Finally! And like I thought it would be it was horrible! XD

Oh, how I would be shown in glory.
To earn my first badge with ease,
I must first learn how to please.
My poetry skills simply lack,
but I have a feeling this poem may pack.

Badges badges everywhere,
Badges badges to be put in my hair.
Earning them will be a lot of fun,
While all my badges will weigh a ton.
Does that really seem fair?

Becomming a member will earn help my own house
Will there be a badge that transfigures a mouse?

Since, I think, my fifth grade years
After I've seen it on pages and screens
I have been craving for HP things.
Then, I searched for stuffs like this.

For I've found this forum of not plain black.

HE as I say, is really so perfect.
It's a total package, great in all aspect.

I am from Southeast, while most here are not.

to find a place such as this
walked worlds away, arriving today
looking for such a particular list
of talents showcased by both many and few
the ancient, contemporary, the old and the new

so many badges, to earn and to win
like those for endowment in music and art
the numerous possibilities; the new and what's been
are a myriad number for those who are smart
possibilities galore, one can never be done
until they explore the options of every single one

in any case, there's no schedule to keep
for all this forum is at one's leisure
there's no possible way you can get in deep
if this is all for naught but pleasure
ah but alas, we all must take our time
as not to pick out a badge as sour as lime

for the challenge is the occasion to which we must rise
each and every badge to be completed
tis impossible to bid this fair place goodbye
until all possible trials have been defeated
mister and or missus, hear my respectful plea

For deep within its confines

And then dropped my jaw.

Alas, this wasn't meant to be.

When I searched the net
I found this place, and just kept
Hanging around here till one day
I spotted 'badge burrow', yay oh yay!
It was such a great time
Till I found I had to write a rhyme

I tried to get the computer badge
Then I did find that I had
Been mistaken, and had to make
The Member Badge as the first one to take
When it said 'poem' my heart did sink
But it was not quite as I hard as I did think

(though still hard)

Though I'm finding difficult to write this poem
For this badge, cause those poems up there them
Sound rather good, but mine just looks
Like a bunch of words, trod on by chooks
But at least, I think, it'll turn out OK
Even though it'll be hard to say

Alas, this is the final verse
Of the poem, oh curse
Cause I could have gone on, and bored you all
And had you hitting you head against the wall
My poem's half good, and at least I did try

The Return of Blue and Bronze

There once was a young flower
Who came across a great big tower.
When she stepped closer to see
She shouted yatzee!
What brought about this scream you ask?
Her excitement could not be surpassed!

For she had found the fabled school
Where dreams and magic rule.
She couldn’t help but peek
As she examined the antique.
Very few had made it here
But Lily knew she was about to commandeer!

It didn’t take long for this Raven to infiltrate
She was made Head of House to administrate.
Together her house worked and played
As she spent her days making upgrades.
This flower wanted to win
More than any of her kin.

Quidditch was her love
And the blue and bronze soared above.
She knew she would always remember
Each and every member.
But unfortunately for this friend
Her days at Hogwarts would come to an end.

Many years would pass
Until she came to an impasse.
Her old house was waning
Because her little Ravens were abstaining.
Lily knew she had to return
Or else they would burn.

She started to reach out
Even though not many were about.
Where to begin? She wondered
As she sat around and plundered.
During her investigation
Lily found an odd location.

The flower searched her recollections
But could not find her selections.
The Badge Burrow it read
And Lily was filled with some dread.
She knew what would take place
Once she realized her disgrace.

She had been gone for so long
That she wasn’t sure she belonged.
Yet, press forward she must
With each and every thrust.
Lily could not leave the Burrow untouched
Because there were points to be clutched.

Ravenclaw would soar again
And when it did, she would shout Amen!
For the little flower would make sure
That she would not take a detour.
The Burrow should be prepared
Because the badges will be snared!

The one called Lily has returned
And everyone else should be concerned!

Discovered the Badge Burrow today,
Was sure I'll get a badge one day.
I worked hard for it,
because I wanted it a lot
and cried for it every night

I opened the topic wishing
it's easy as a piece of cake
but I discovered that I had to make,
a poem that describes,
what I do when I wake,
which is open the site and post everynight

Please give me the badge
And I won't do like fudge
that I don't believe potter
and don't want to be a muggle
so accept please my badge

I know this is an awful poem
with no meaning at all
but I did my best
I even can't rhyme
anything that is fine

This site looks like fun,
It might make me wanna run
To hogwarts itself
So it will not just be a book on the shelf
It reminds me of how I feel when I open a book
All it takes is just one look

The badge burrow looks especially neat
Almost like it is my new treat
I can't wait to do some badges
Not just classes
It will be fun
To not be in the sun

I want to earn them all
And then throw a ball
To celebrate
It does not seem like it will make me irate
If I don't do them all
I want to practice for the ball, in the hall

I hope i will not have to dish
Out my secret wish
To meet the golden trio
And be a hero
Just like Harry
I am a bookworm just like Hermione, and have a temper to rival Ron
