Oliver Wood

Oliver is a really good characte, I love the actor that plays him

Wood is an interesting character, loving and determand as he is. His love Quidditch, however, in deshadowed by his desire to win.

Wood makes me laugh for some unknow reason. He comes across as loving Quidditch more than loving girls, a bit like Charlie and his dragons.

i think he was a bit pointless when Katie should have been the captin all along and wood never intorduced, it was always clear that Katie was the better player and well whats the point in a team captin that has people in the tam better than him? i still do like him but not really as position he played in the book

I loved Oliver! He was probably one of the most hilarious characters in the whole series... probably because he took quidditch oh so very seriously. When Fred and George said that they thought he was trying to drown himself after the lost match with Hufflepuff in the third book (Harry fell off his broom because of the dementors) I cracked up, mostly because it was the comic relief that was needed right after such a depressing scene.

He was a great character. I also think that he should have been in the series more then he was. But when we did see his character in the books, it was really nice. He added something to the series that I don't think anyone else did. I don't know what it was, but his character was just refreshing. If you know what I mean. Lol.

I really liked Oliver Wood, he was extremely passionate about Quidditch. I loved the actor who played him in the movies. Sean is cute, had me interested in the rules of Quidditch when he was explaining them to Harry in the first movie, that's for sure.

Oh my goodness. I remember when the movie first came out on dvd. I would watch it over and over again all day for like an entire summer. Everytime I had to eat or something like that I would rewind it back to that scene and pause it on his face (: I had the biggest crush on him and my aunt and uncle would laugh at me saying "Catie and Ollie sitting in a tree." Embarrassing?

As for Oliver in the books, I loved him there too. He was always so funny and I loved how seriously he took Quidditch. So amazing. And I'm glad he got signed to be on a reserve team. Hopefully he ended up playing every game in no time.

I do wish that he would've been somehow included in other books... like maybe he came back to help Harry defeat Voldie? That would've been amazing.
