Subject: Dangerous Oddie Sun Feb 01 2009, 20:41

Oddie looked up into the sky and she felt a chill go down her spine and horror seize her. She started to run, she had to get out of the streets and away from the muggles. What if she harmed them, she couldnt live with that. She kept glancing up watching as the sun went lowered and the sky started to get darker. How did she lose track of time. She knew she had to be home by sunset but yet here she was in the middle of the streets filled with muggles and no way to escpae without attracting thier attention.

Looking ahead she saw that there was an alley way and she knew that if she could make it there she could appearte away from the muggles and she wouldn t risk hurting them. She quicken her pace even more and tried to beat the sun but looking over her shoulder she knew it wasn;t to be so. The sun finally made it's final distance over the moutains just as she turned the corner out of the muggle's view. She was about to take her wand from her robes when se felt pain shoot up through her body.

"No!" she yelled as the full moon appeared she she started to change. "I'm changing into a werewolf!."

Within seconds standing in her place was a snarling beast. There was drool running out of it's mouth and onto the ground, it was breathing heaviliy taking in all of the scents around it. Just than it smelled humans and dashed out of the alleyway and into the streets. Muggles cried out int horror as they rushed away. The wolf gave out a mighty howl as it dashed after the nearest humans.

Emmalynn, out for a walk in the town near where her home was located, heard a familiar voice.

"No! I'm changing into a werewolf!" Oddie yelled. Emmalynn gasped and ran toward the voice. Before she arrived, however, she heard the muggles screaming.

'Oh, no... Oddie will never forgive herself if she kills them!' she thought as hse rounded the corner. She saw panic and discord surrounding her werewolf friend. "Stupefy!" Emmalynn yelled, trying to distract Oddie.

The werewolf heard a someone call out a spell and it quickly dashed off to the side where the spell harmlessly hit the ground. The wolf beared it's teeth as it search the area looking for who could of sent the spell. Just than that was when the wolf spotted Emmalynn.

"GRRRRR" a deep growl sounded from deep in it's chest. The wolf than dashed away down tha alleyway where Oddie had changed at knowing that it wouldn't get far with a witch around. Instead the wolf was going to either try to lose her or else have her cornered in one of the streets.

"HOOOOWWWWLLLLL" Filled the air as the giant beast bounded down the alleyway Looking behind to see if Emmalynn was following

Emmalynn chased after Oddie. She knew she might get herself cornered, but she had a plan if that happened. She didn't want to hurt Oddie, but might if it became too much for Emmalynn to handle.

"Stupefy!" she yelled again, trying to direct Oddie as best she could into an environment that would give Emmalynn the advantage.

The wolf heard Emmalynn call out again and she quickly darted off to the side, the red jet of light just harmlessly bounced off of the ground. The wolf took a quick glance back at Emmalynn before turning to look in front of itself. Just than she took a quick glance off to the right down an alleyway that had a deadend. She ran down to the end and started up at the wall growling as she did so. Than she quickly turned around and held her head down low waiting for Emmalynn to appear

Emmalynn knew she had Oddie cornered, but now she had a decision to make. Did she attack her friend using spells, or did she transform so Oddie couldn't turn her into a werewolf, too?

Emmalynn rounded the corner, her wand held high, and saw Oddie ready to pounce. "Stupefy!" she yelled, this time aiming at her friend. Spells, then, she decided.

The wolf darted off to the side, almost being hit by the spell but it missed her by a few inches. She wolf looked at Emmalynn and growled once more, showing her teeth. She than bent down real low before she prance towards emmalynn, aiming to bit her on the arm. The wolf had it's mouth open wide and was ready to clamp down as soon as she got ahold of something

Emmalynn saw Oddie coming at her. She stowed her wand into her robes and transformed into a white tiger. Taking a strong leap, Emmalynn managed to meet Oddie mid-stride. She started trying to use her paws to pin Oddie to the ground.

the wolf was startled to see Emmalynn change into a tiger and she missed her mark and landed hard on the ground. The wolf quickl jumped to her feet and saw that Emmalynn's tiger form was now trying to pin her to the ground. The wolf cried out as it tried frantically to escape. The tiger had a good grip on the wolf, so the werewolf started clawing and bititng the tiger trying to cause Emmalynn enough pain so that she would loosen her grip.

Emmalynn had Oddie pinned, now. She could tell that Oddie was trying to incapacitate her by causing her pain, but Emmalynn had been tortured worse than this by the Death Eaters.

Though she hated to do it, Emmalynn then tried to knock Oddie's head against the ground hard enough to knock her out, but not seriously injure. She shifted her wieght to keep the wolf pinned with one paw while the other swatted at Oddie's head.

The wolf tried to move out of the way as it shoved it's head against the ground. The wolf cried out a high pitch whine as it's head made contact with the ground. It felt pain shoot up throughout it's head and it's surroundings started to get dizzy and fuzzy. It tried once again to get away by biting Emmalynn but it failed instead it bit itself. The wolf let out another yelp of pain as it tried to climb to it's feet but soon callopsed to the ground out cold

Emmalynn noticed the lack of movement coming from the wolf. She got off of Oddie and attempted to roll the unconcious body onto her back for safer transport. She gave an apologetic whine, feeling terrible for hurtinh her friend.

As Emmalynn placed the werewolf form of Oddie on her back, the wolf's leg twitched but that was all. It didnt move or do anything else. Instead it was in a deep slumber

Emmalynn started to walk toward the outskirts of town with Oddie on her back. She'd get her friend out of here to someplace where she can safely transform back.

After a bit of walking, Emmalynn saw a broken-down cottage in the distance. She decided that she'd take the werewolf form of Oddie there.

As Emmlynn continued on with her traveling, the werewolf started to wake up slowly. At first it opened its eyes and blinked a few times, not moving at all. When the objects around them became focused thats when the wolf jumped away from Emmalynn and turned to face her, teeth showing as foam was falling form it's mouth

Emmalynn mentally cursed. Damn it... she thought as she took a fighting stance. Oddie! Remember who I am! It's me; Emmalynn! she thought, trying to calm her friend. She really didn't want to hurt Oddie any more than she already had.

The wofl growled and looked at Emmalynn confused. It than quickly shook it's head and turned away, heading for the old building not far away. The werewolf darted inside and tried to find somwhere to hide.

Emmalynn followed Oddie into the building. She didn't see the wolf, so she transformed back to lock the door. "Colloportus," she mumbled, wand pointed at the door. She turned around to inspect the house.

The werewolf heard a click and knew that the door was locked. It growled as it slolwy and cauitously made its way towards the door. The wolf didnt want to be out in the open if Emmalynn was to attack. It kept it's head low and sniffed for any starnge smells. It neared the door and after jumping on it, the wolf knew that it wasn't going to escape through there.

Emmalynn was suddenly a little frightened. The house was dark, but she didn't dare light her wand for fear of being discovered. She transformed back into a tiger so she'd be safer if she was ambushed.

Slowly and silently, she padded deeper into the house.

The werewolf gave up on the door and started to search the rest of the house. If it couldnt find another door to exit out of it was willing to jump out of one of the windows. It kept it's head low and it's eyes open ready for anything that might be in the house. The wolf knew that Emmalynn was nearby but didnt kow 2where exactly

Emmalynn continued to silently prowl the house, keeping her ears pricked for any noise.

Oddie, I know you're here... Remember me, remember Matt, Oddie. You need to remember who you are! You are not a monster! Emmalynn thought, trying to bring back Oddie's human mind.

The wolf thought that it heard something but shook it's head. Than the wolf stopped dead and holding it's head up high it strained it's ears for any sound. Also the wolf was looking around in all directions hoping that if it wouldnt hear it that maybe it could see her

Emmalynn rounded a corner and saw Oddie down the hallway. She had come up behind Oddie and didn't think Oddie'd seen or heard her. Padding silently closer, Emmalynn prepaered to pounce.

Just as Emmalynn's tiger form pounced, the wolf saw it and turned around but was too late. Instead the wolf lowered itself and prepared for whatever there was to come. It would scratch, bite or claw at whatever part of Emmalynn the wolf could reach\

Emmalynn landed on the prepared wolf. She took one of Oddie's ears into her jaws, trying again to incapacitate her opponent.

The wolf felt pain burst from it's ear and it howled in pain. It tried to shake Emmalynn away but the pain was unbearable. If she tugged away too hard Emmalynn could end up tearing off her ear. Instead the wolf laid low ro the ground whinning, hoping that Emmalynn would releash her grip

Emmalynn adjusted her paws, trying to pin Oddie. When she thought she had a good hold, she released the wolf's ear.

Oddie, can you hear me? Come back, Oddie, Emmalynn though over and over. This entire night depended on Oddie's strength against her curse.

Once Emmalynn let og of her ear, the wolf thought thatit would be able to escape but as it tried to jump to its feet it noticed that Emmalynn had it pinnned. The wolf tried to claw at her but couldnt.

Just than it heard something in it's head aagin. It tried to shake the noise away but something inside of it wanted to hear it.

Come on, Oddie, wake up! I know you're in there! Emmalynn pleaded. She tried to move, but lost her footing and slipped off of the wolf. Emmalynn's head hit the floor in her fall and she was slightly stunned.

Emmalynn! cried out Oddie's voice in the wolf's head but as soon as she fell the werewolf jumped to it's feet. It turned to face Emmalynn looking a little confused at first. It shook it's head and than jumped right on top of Emmalynn trying to pin her to the ground

Emmalynn heard Oddie's voice call her name in her head, but it had distracted her and the wolf had pinned her to the floor. She tried to struggle, but there was a huge ache in her head from the fall.

Oddie, come out... she thought quietly.

NOO Oddie screamed as the wolf went to bit Emmalynn in the neck. The wolf backed away from her tiger form and started to shake it's head. The werewolf was confused. It wanted to attack but there was a voice inside of it's head holding it back.

Emmalynn knock me out! Oddie pleaded knowing she wouldn't be able to control herself much longer. She laid down on the ground hoping Emmalynn did as she asked

Emmalynn, still stunned from the hit on her head, shakily got to her feet. She tried to attack the wolf, but between the pain in her head and the echoing of Oddie's voice, she couldn't even walk straight. She fell to the ground in front of the wolf and whined quietly.

The wolf darted forward as if to bite her neck but than it stopped itself, shook it's head and started to look confused. The werewolf shook it's head and started to whine. Than it turned around and ran off far away from Emmalynn

Emmalynn cleared her head by rubbing her temples. She finally registered that Oddie had run away.

"Crap... Now I need to find her..." she mumbled, slowly standing up. She transformed back into her tiger form and followed Oddie's scent.

The werewolf darted to the back of the building and ran into a dead end. Here it laid down on the ground and started to whine.

No I must stay here Oddie said ffighting with her werewolf self. She could smell that Emmalynn was nearby and wanted to attack but she had to stay put. The moon will set soon. Than the sun will appear. I will be fine until then.

The wolf than turned around to face Emmalynn with thirst in its eyes. It crouched down low and pounced on top of Emmalynn trying to bit her

Then don't, I can hold you off for a while. Or I can knock you out, she thought. You can't hurt me too bad when I'm like this.

She pounced at Oddie's wolf form.

Than knock me out until the sun rises Oddie cried out despertly in he head. She tried to fight her wolf instincts but as she laid there with Emmalynn holding her down she tried to stop herself from turning around and biting her. Every muscle in her body was fighting the urge but she didn't know how long she could hold on.

Oddie, stop fighting it! You're only hurting yourself more! I've had worse, trust me! Emmalynn thought. You can't turn me into a werewolf if I'm in my tiger form, so relax. I can handle it.

She tried to grin, but in her tiger form it looked more like a grimace.

Emmalynn I'm so sorry Oddie's voice called out in her head as it vanished and the wolf tossed Emmalynn off of it's back. It turned around, teeth bared and ready to pouce.

Emmalynn made a mental note to let Oddie know that there was nothing to forgive later. Before she could think of much else, though, she was thrown off of Oddie and found herself sprawled out on stinky floor. She quickly pulled herself back up and crouched into a defensive position, waiting for stinky attack. She really didn't want to hurt Oddie too much...

The wolf had ran into Emmalynn and knocked her down and than bit her leg. The wolf started to shake it's head about trying to rip it off as it growled, yanked and shook her.

Emmalynn cried out when Oddie bit her leg, but she kept her composure. Elladora's gonna kill me for getting injured... again... she thought.

Leaning over, she bit down, hard, on Oddie's ear and pulled. Go for the senitive spots.

The werewolf felt something chomp down on it's ear and knew that it was Emmalynn. Than it felt more pain and something warm running down i'ss face. The werewold whimpered and whined as it pulled away ripping it's ear even more in the process. It shook it's head and speck of blood splattered all over the floor and the nearby walls. The wolf growled and started to walk circles around Emmalynn looking for the best place to attack.

Crap, Emmalynn thought, I didn't want to draw blood! She listened carefully as Oddie stalked in a circle around her, waiting for the sound of attack, as she glanced out the window to judge the height of the moon. Only about an hour and a half left... She decided to take the defensive and darted up the next flight of stairs, getting Oddie away from an exit, but also barring herself in.

The werewolf was about to attack when all of a sudden Emmalynn ran off and headed to the stairs. At first the wolf was sonfused but soon got over it and followed behind Emmalynn trying to attack her before she reached the stairs, not succeeding. The werewolf darted up the stairs and soon found itself to be on the second floor

Floor number two, Emmalynn thought. At least I can jump out a window if things get heavy...

Emmalynn got to a wall and turned on the spot. She was crouched into a defensive position and waited for Oddie to get there. She could here Oddie's steps on the staircase, so she knew the bait had worked.
