Here the Chaser Teacher will help train any members that are having problems with their Quidditch position.

Please welcome your new Chaser Teacher Professor Stephy. Make sure you guys follow her rules.

Welcome to the second lesson for Chaser Training. If you what to know what it's like to be a Chaser or even learn some new skills then you are at the right place. Here you will learn the basics and some added skills that will help you to win the next qudditch cup for your house.

Here you will not only be scored on how well of a player you are put also on your knowledge of the game. You must post in role playing style just like you would in a normal qudditch match here on the site. Here is the link to the old Chaser Training class to give you an idea of what to expect. So let the training begin. If you would like to join the class just start posting in here. You do not need to sign up for it.

Stephy stood in the middle of the qudditch pitch with brooms surrounding her and next to her lay a crate. Stephy pulled her wand out of her robes and with a flick a blackboard appeared and writting appeared on it. The writting said "All students please pick one broom and pratice your scoring until class begins". She placed this message up so that if there was anyone to arrive early then they would have something to do til she was class started. Stephy opened up the crate and pulled out the quaffle and placed the quaffle on the ground with the brooms. Stephy then closed the crate and waited for her students to arrive

Alice walked up to the pitch, finding she was the first one there. Relieved she wasnt late like last time she approached the proffessor.

Her red hair swinging behind her as she ran, Rachel hurried as fast as she could to Chaser Training Class. She hadn't done much last term for her Quidditch team, and she had figured this would be the best way to get in shape. Skidding to a stop-in which she nearly tripped over her own feet-she looked around, breathless. The teacher was here as was another student.Both were Ravenclaws. Oh dear, hope I'm not going to be persecuted again. she thought wryly as she read the board. It instructed her to pick up a broom and practice her scoring. Picking up the broom and the Quaffle, she turned towards the other girl who was here. "Would you like to practice with me? It's easier practicing with at least one other person." she smiled hopefully.

Dorothy walked over to the three people. She sighed. She was the slytherin chaser and didn't want to let her team down. "Hi! Shall we practise together?" She said, adressing the other girls.

Shadow walked onto the pitch, looking around. When she spotted Dorothy, she felt glad that she wasn't the only Slytherin chaser there.

Dorothy spotted Shadow, and waved. "Hey! Shall we practise together?" Dorothy asked. "Since we're playing on the same team, we should know each other's moves."

"Does falling off your broom count as a move?" Shadow said sarcastically, but she smiled, picking up a broom.

Dorothy smiled too, but then remembered that she had forgotten her broom. "Blast! Oh, well, I'll try this one."
She put her hand over a broom lying on the floor and said in a clear, confident voice: "Up!" It shoot up and went right in her hand. "Should we wait for the teacher?" Dorothy asked.

Shadow picked up the notice that the teacher had left.
"Practice your scoring... well, that's something we need to do..."

Shadow nodded. Picking up the quaffle, she mounted her broom and flew into the air where she stopped to wait for Dorothy.

Dorothy mounted her broom and rose into the air to meet with Shadow. "Should we practice flying fast and passing the quaffle at the same time?"

"Good idea." Shadow replied, starting to speed away from Dorothy, towards the goal hoops.

Dorothy raced towards Shadow, then became level with her. "Pass!"

Shadow threw the quaffle towards Dorothy, and moved a bit further away from her, still moving quickly towards the goal hoops.

'Yeah, sure!' Alice replied to the girl, picking up her Nimbus 2000, 'I'm Alice, what did you say your name is?' Alice grabbed one of the spare quaffles and shot up the the goalpost, hoping the other girl was following. She flew to the other end of the pitch to shadow and dorothy as she didn't want to disrupt their practice.

Ishida arrived at the pitch and he quickly notice other people practicing. He read the board as fast as he could and he picked up the nearest quaffle and a broom.

He fly up in the air and try to throw the quaffle through the post. "Too bad no one is practicing with me" he said quietly.

'Hey Ishida!' Alice yelled across the field to the new kid. 'Would you like to practice with me and Racheal?' Alice asked the boy, seeing as he was a first year and probably didnt know many people. 'If you guys want, i'll play keeper for now and you guys can practice shooting and we can switch later?' Alice offered.

"Thanks, it would be a pleasure to practice with someone" he said, he quickly pick up the quaffle and start practicing with Alice and Racheal.
He fly up near the post and aim at the one of the post that is not guarded by Alice, and he throw the quaffle at it

Dorothy caught the ball one-handed, and moved forward. When she reached Shadow she passed it to her, and kept moving forwards without a pause.

Alice began keeping and Ishida took aim at her left post, which made sense as she had been hovering over her right and middle posts. As Ishida made his first shot, he aimed directly at the left post, not trying to hide the fact so Alice thought he was possibly feinting left and throwing right. With this in mind, she decided to wait until after he had thrown it to be sure. He did, infact, throw left but Alice speed towards her left hoop and managed to catch the quaffle just before Ishida had scored. 'Sorry, Ishida. Better luck next time', She smiled appoligettically at him, 'Maybe you should try out some moves or tactics like feinting... this confuses the keeper, giving you more of a chance to score.' Alice threw the quaffle to Rachel, inviting her to have a turn.

Stephy watched as one by one her student arrived to class and started to partice their shooting just as she had inscructed them to. After watching them for a few minutes she saw that each of them had the potential to be great Chasers. Looking at her watch Stephy quickly spotted that class was suppose to start fifteen minutes ago. She jumped to her feet and quickly snatched up her broom as she ran out to the middle of the pitch.

Once she was at the middle of the pitch she pointed her wand at the board and the extra qudditch equpiment amd with a sharp flick of her wand the board and brooms vanished. Looking up she saw that students were still practicing unaware that she was ready to start class. She then cuffed her hands around her mouth and shouted "Students return to the ground. Class will now begin." Stephy then stood there and waited for them to do as she asked of them.

Shadow heard Stephy shout and circled in the air, turning back towards the middle of the pitch. She landed next to the teacher.

Stephy watched as her staudents made their way down towards the ground and after waiting for a few minutes she said "Class has now begun and I am sure that you are all wondering what we will be doing thier term. Last term we had focused on the basics, shooting, scoring and flying. Now I have decided that we will work on some moves.

'Can someone please name a Chaser move for me? There are many of them. Once you have named one please explain in great detail how you preform this move" Stephy said to her class waiting for someone to give her an answer

Dorothy touched down lightly on the grass, and said "Well, there's the Woollongong Shimmy, which involves high-speed zig-zagging to throw off opposing chasers."

Dragon hurried to the pitch where she mentally groaned when she realized class had already started. "Sorry. I'm late," she told Prof. Stephy, "I was caught up in an..." she trailed off wondering how she could explain the wild flowers, jello and hokey pokey event that had occured in the Hufflepuff Common Room, "situation..." she finished lamely and unslung (is that a word?) her broom from her sholder.

'Hey Dragon" Ginny said with a smile before turning back to the teacher. "And if more than one person is allowed to answer, I'd like to add that the Hawkshead Attacking Formation is done when all the chasers form an arrowhead pattern and fly together towards the goal posts. This move is intended to cause intimidation and force opposing players to not get too close."

Stephy watched as her students dismounted from thier brooms and quickly started to name off some of the moves. Stephy flicked her wand and cause the words on the board to disappear and be replaced by the names of the moves that her student had just listed. As the words appeared on the board Stephy saw another student arrive and she quicly spotted that it was Dragon. "It's okay Dragon class has just started so you havent missed much. Right now we are just naming som qudditch moves. So does anyone know anymore. You can answer more than once." STephy said gazing at her class waiting a few more minutes for more replies.

She cleared her throat, feeling slightly guilty for answering twice, but knowing it was for the good of her house. "A difficult move, accuracy wise, is the Reverse Pass. A chaser throws the quaffle back over his or her shoulder." she tossed her right hand backwards over her right shoulder to demonstrate.

'Ummm...I know this isnt a very hard one but is feinting (i think thats what its called) one??? You know, you pretend to shhot left but actually shoot right ect?' Alice asked.

"Two more to add to the list" Stephy said as the moves were added to the board. "Well now that we have a list of the moves I would like each of you to form groups of two to three people per each group and try out these moves. I will watch everyone as they try these moves and try to help you guys out if theres something you dont understand or you dont remeber how to do a move." Stephy said as she looked at each of her students waiting for them to break up into groups

Alice looked at the students around her as Stephy told them to break into groups. Alice looked at Ishida. 'Do you want to be a group?' Alice asked him.

Ginny felt herself start to sweat a little. She was never very good at breaking into groups unless she knew the people very well. "Mind if I join too?" she asked Alice.

"I think we should all try something at first. Like a Hawkshead attacking formation. That'll use all of us." Ginny suggested with a smile, relieved that Alice had accepted her into the group.

"Basically, you, Ishida and I would form an arrow and pass the quaffle in between us." Ginny explained. "It's used to intimidate the other team, because it's harder to break through a wall of all three of us."

Alice listened to ginny's explaination, and thought that she had some idea of what the formation was supposed to look like. ''How about you go at the front of the arrow, since you know the move the best, and Ishida & me will go on your left and right?'' Alice asked, ''We should probably choose a direction to fly in otherwise we will all end up going oppisite ways!'' Alice smiled a the visual inside her head, and then turned back to her group.

Alice quickly mounted her broom and followed Ginny into the air. Alice lightly passed her the quaffle that she had picked up earlier. ''Yep'', Alice called to her preparing to accelerate formard.

Ginny caught the Quaffle and tucked it under her arm. She leaned closer to her broom to get better speed and flew a little higher. After flying a little she passed the Quaffle back to Alice.

Alice speed forward after ginny, their formation makining an arrow shape. With the wind flying past her face, Alice saw ginny throw her the quaffle. She quickly grabbed it and threw it back to ginny. She then turned her head forward to see how close they were to the hoops.

Ginny caught the ball and tucked it under her arm. Alice had fast reflexes, and that helped with this particular formation. She looked at the hoops and realized she had a choice. She could keep the Quaffle to herself and throw it in, or pass it to Alice. Feeling particularly nice, she tossed it to the Ravenclaw, and kept her place in the formation.

"Allright, then." Dorothy muttered. "Is there anyone who wants to go with me?" Dorothy asked. She had a sudden flash-back of when she went to muggle schools and was last to be picked in sport class. She looked up and saw the others in full swing of the hawkshead attacking formation.

After throwing back to Ginny, Alice realised how close they were to the hoops. Alice thought Ginny was about to shoot when she passed it back to Alice. Tacken by suprise, Alice nearly missed it, but mannaged to grab it by the tips of her fingeres. Alice quickly aimed to the middle hoops and threw the quaffle. With no keeper to block the rings, it sored right through.

(Am i ment to say wether it went in or not seen as there is no keeper??? If i'm not then just ignore the last sentance and whoever is ment to say it can...)
