Breaking Dawn Theories

We have a what you want to see thread, but what about genuine theories on what could happen?

Here's something that just occurred to me...

Nobody is supposed to know about the vampires, yet nearly all the Quileutes do - even those who aren't werewolves.

So what if the Volturi found this out and decided to eliminate them? War between the Quileutes and the Volturi...then perhaps the Cullens would side with the werewolves?

Another theory is that the Volturi turn up before Bella is turned thereby forcing Edward to change her before she is ready.

I've seen on some sites that one of the side stories will involve Charlie and a lady love. Maybe he and Jacob's dad, Billy, will duke it out for Sue? I'd like to see Charlie end up with someone. If Bella goes off in the sunset with Edward then I just can't see Meyer leaving Charlie all alone.

Hmmm...

We also know that A Midsummer Night's Dream is the basis for at least part of the novel, but what do you think the other book is? Given Meyer's love for great Romantic literature it could be a lot of things. I'm just hoping its romance with a happy ending. But I could see her choosing another Jane Austen novel, so maybe Sense and Sesnsibility?

Okay, I was just on Twilight Series Theories, and there's tons of poople posting their theories on what will happen in Breaking Dawn. One particular poster thinks that *gasp!* Edward will die, but not before telling her to find happiness with Jacob.

First off, that theory is literally making me heartsick. If Meyer wants Bella with Jacob, fine, I'll suck it up. But killing Edward would just make me ill and less inclined in the future to pick up a book by Meyer . I don't think she will do this, I have faith that there is a happy ending for "Bedward".

But... It could happen. It is a viable way to keep Bella human (maybe after the wedding but before she's turned). Of course, I'd rather have the magic ending favored by so many Twi-hards, that Edward will regain his mortality in a miraculous kind of way. It would be cheesy, but I think its better than a dead Edward, don't you?
