| Amazing films derived from amazing books. Yes, a lot of things were changed or missed out from the books though that is to be expected. They were so long anyway, to put everything into the films that were in the books would be suicide lol | |

| Well, my favourite is the Two Towers. I don't know why... i like the scene where the elves comes to Helm's Deep, and Haldir (that cool elf guy, not Legolas!) says something like "Once the elves fought with men, we're here to bring that alliance alive again" OR WHATEVER :D It was cool. And then the war itself!! It was very well done, in my opinion..
My precioussssss.... *cracks up* Okay, right, um... yeah xD

| I have never ever seen Lord of the Rings at all. I thoought it looked kinda boring on the trailers so I did't go to the movies when they gave it. But my brother said it was good and so did my sisters.
Then, just this weekedn they gave it on Sunday on TNT! All three of them in a row starting @ 9am. So, I decided to watch and It was really good! Orly made a good blondie! hehe! But, yea, i sat there on my butt from 9am to 12 midnight watching all three.
And don't give those looks, I was home all day! What was I supposed to do? lol BUt, it turned out to be really good! I LOVE IT NOW!!!

| Aragorn is the best character and legolas! I love the relationship between Legolas and Gimli it is hilarious to watch, especially the bit when they are at war and they are counting their kills, oh and when they are in a bar and having a drinking contest and Gimli is soooo drunk and legolas says something like 'I am beginning to feel a slight tingle' lol | |

| How can you say a film is bad because you didnt understand it? Which part did you see? I think that films like this need to be watched from the beginning otherwise I can understand the confusion. This is such a depthful story that watching it from the middle section, or the end would be very confusing indeed | |

| I'm watching TTT right now! I wanted to test out my new TV which has been connected to my hi-fi speakers (which have really good sound), and a LOTR film with all the epic music and battles is a good place to start :D
Anyway, I love the lotr films. Yes, they can be confusing unless you watch them from the beginning, but just because they can be confusing does not make them bad.

I absolutely loved aragon, his character is great and his look was lovely, and then I saw what the actor looked like in real life and quickly went off of him lol

| I actually refuse to go and see the Hobbit unless Peter Jackson directs. LOTR was his baby, the guy worked on it for almost 15 odd years - it was just a case of getting a studio to take it on. I admired New Line for taking a risk on it seeing as every other studio wanted it to be as two movies rather than three. Now New Line are being pains in the backside with the whole Hobbit thing. **GRRRRR* Anyhoo, rant over. LOTR is well up there as my favourite movies. Cannot get enough of LOTR and anything remotely Tolkien related | |
