JUDGES THREAD : Round 2 - Temperance

As mentioned in the first category, my marking reflects loosely upon Wiki's idea of this virtue which is as follows;

I see the irony of this shot and your style is great, though some of the meaning is slightly lost here I believe. Perhaps more of a write up may have helped your case, though as a whole, photo shot is great.

Ellemanae : 32
I see the control of ones self within this, although this is perhaps slightly different to that of self-control in my mind. Colours are great though and style is perfect in the shot.

Im not sure that this really reflects temperance in the way I see it. Love the posing crab in the background though!

This is a well thought out depiction of the category. Trousers perhaps slightly short, and I feel I have to comment on that as this is about fashion, though a good attempt nonetheless.

Facial expression is great and you have a models pose here which still relates to the category which is sometimes lost with models. Not sure about the skirt and boots, though.

Again, like another model in this category, I feel that taking control of ones life is slightly different to self control. Great hair style, though, alongside facial expression.

A refreshing take upon this category, perhaps not one I was specifically looking at, though it does work in its own way. Not sure I overly like the choice of style, though the socks are cute!

Ive seen this background before, which unfortunately reflects on your points. I like the idea of bringing Harry Potter into the picture, though the style really doesnt do the model justice here.

One of the only participants not to write anything with their photo shots and you really needed it here as I cant seem to see any relevence at all in this category shot. For another photo, the image would be great but not here Im afraid.

Self control and moderation is well brought into this shot, though I am glad of the write up as without that it looks as though your model is taking the chocolates (which I would!). Pose is a great models pose as well as fitting with category well as does style and background.

This is the third time Ive seen this background now and unfortunately has lost you some points. Concept, like the others, is good, though Ive always hated those long grey socks!

Write up helps here, though she isnt practising safe riding as there is no hat, though models can be forgiven!! Theres always something Ive liked about horse riding ear such as that and pose is good plus a bonus for horses pose!

Shausto-la : 48
Now I do love this idea and it is shown well and helped with the props. The long socks are a let down - i have never liked long socks, though rest of outfit is great.
