HEBB 2 - Reunion Party Hall

Violet nodded and sat down. "So how have you been?" Violet asked, sniffing.

Violet nodded. "Summer usally is boring...."

"yes. boring. well now i am bored...:" kim said.

Katherine walked in, late, as was usual. "Hey, how is everybody today?" she asked.

Dani sat in the bathroom stall fiddling with her purse for a minute, she reeked of alcohol thanks to Violet and the smell was driving her crazy, she wanted to be hurt then and there and so reaching into her bag for a familiar object, she got her pain. She wrapped her wrist in toilet paper and sang to herself.

"Goodbye my almost lover"

Violet felt sick and excused herself. "I'll be right back...I need to check my..dog..make-up...something." Violet said and walked into the bathroom. She over to the mirrors and grabbed a paper towel from the counter. Just when Violet was turning around to leave, she saw spots of blood on the ground. "Hello? Anyone in here?" She asked, looking under the stalls. When she got to the wall were someone shoes where showing, she realized who it was. "DANI!" Violet yelled, banging on the door. "You open this door right now!" Violet yelled. Getting no response, Violet banged again. "I swear to God Dani, if you dont open this door, I will kill you myself." Violet said, tears beging to fall again. "I didnt mean anything I said. I still love you!" Violet said.

Dani picked up her feet, "No one's here," she said sobing.

"Yes there is! Now open this door!" Violet yelled. "And if you dont, I'll come in there anyway!" Violet said/

Dani shook her head even though violet couldn't see, but she opened the door anyway, revealing to Vi a pale white dani.

"Dani?" Violet whispered. Violet grabbed her hand. "Aww, Dani...no." She said. Violet wrapped her arms around Dani. "Why?" She asked. "Why again? i know why, but.....please, you promised." Violet said, tears falling from her eyes.

Dani felt Violet's arms around her but she couldn't see her, "I'm sorry Vi, I'm sorry." she said over and over again. Dropping the razor in her hand.

"Dani?" Violet asked. "Dani!" Violet yelled. Violet grabbed Dani's head and kissed her. "Dani." Violet said and oushed Dani back to sit her down. "Please, be ok." She kept saying over and over.

Dani was being shaken she knew it, she tried to tell whoever was shaking her to stop it, but she didn't have the energy, she glanced down at her wrists and the redishbrown toilet paper she'd wrapped around it.

"I...fine.."

"No your not!" Violet yelled

Dani mumbled something before she passed out.

Violet leaned Dani aginst the wall and ran out in to the Hall. Where the, she ran up to Stehpy. "Mom, please, you have to help me!" violet said.

"It's Dani!" Violet said. "Please, one of you. Dani hurt herself." Violet said, tears falling down her face again

Katherine walked into the bathroom to find Dani lying on the floor, blood-stained toilet paper on her torn wrist.
"Dani!" she screamed loud. "Someone, help! Dani, wake up" she shook her on the floor.

Violet heard a scream in the bathroom. "Please, oh please let Dani be up." Violet said and ran off towards the bathroom again. "Katherine, go get help." Violet said, "No one would help me." Violet said again, walking over to Dani. "I'm going to watch her, it's my fault." Violet cried.

"Okay" Katherine said, running out of the bathroom and into the main hall. "Please, someone help" She shouted.
She kept running through the hall to the first aid station. She broke the glass over the box, grabbed her cell from her purse, and ran back in, dialing the number for emergency help.
"Here, see if you can find some gauze or somthing to help the bleeding." she said, tossing it to violet. "Hello" shje said into the phone. "I need help, Dani is bleeding...." she gave her name, address, location, and then hung up when they said someone would be right over.
"I am going to see if I can find an adult or somthing" she said. "You okay?" she asked.

Violet open the box and started looking in it. "I found some" She said and started wrapping it around Dani's arm. "Yeah, I'm.....ok." Violet whispred. "Dani's "im so sorry." Violet said.

"Okay, then I will be back soon. So will help" Katherine ran out again. Katherine jogged through the hall, all the people sitting there. "Has anyone seen an adult anywhere?" she asked.

Violet nodded and laid her head on Dani's shoulder, holding the guaze in place. "Please, if you can hear me, be ok. I'm so sorry. Dani, I love you, but drinking and acting a fool is stupid. I'm sooo sorry." Violet said, tears still falling from her eyes.

Katherine walked through the front lawn, not seeing a responsible, sober adult anywhere. "I guess emergency services are our last hope" Just then, she heard the sirens, saw the lights coming up to the building. Two EMT's got out, and she pointed them in the right direction, running in along with them.

Violet looked up as they came into the bathroom. "Thank you so much Katherine." VIolet said.

"Oh, its really no problem. I couldn't just leave her there. Not all Slytherins are horrible you know." I smiled really slightly. "I really hope she is okay. She looks like she suffered serious blood loss. What happened"

Violet held her head down. "I..just was drinking..and I told her I didnt want to be with her if she drank and she.....wanted to dance....and said she wanted to be free...so i broke up with her...and it's all my fault!" Violet said and fell down on her knees, crying

"Oh, it will be okay. You were drunk, she will forgive you" Katherine said, hugging her. "I promise"

"I wasnt drunk!" Violet said, huggin Kathrine back.

"Oh, she was drunk?" Katherine said.

Violet nodded and sat against the wall.

"Oh my. What are you gonna do?" She asked. "Do you forgive her?" she just hoped things would be alright between them.

"I-I dont know." Violet said. "I love her, but I dont want nothing to happen to her." Violet said.

"Oh, Vi. It will be okay. You just need to think things through, and she will have to understand that. I hope you are okay though. And in the end, you will make the right descision. I know you will." she said, sitting up.

Katherine looked at kim and whispered "Thanks" she knew Violet needed more than one person to comfort her, and she was glad someone else came to help her.

"YOu guys are right." Violet said, sniffing. "Do..do yall think she will be ok?" Violet asked

As the EMT's carried her out of the room Dani put up her hands, "love" she whispered as they placed her on the stretcher. She couldn't feel anything in her body anymore, but her wrist was throbbing and her heart was beating really fast. She tried to open her eyes but her eye lids were to heavy for her to open.

The voices of the EMT's kept her awake on the ride to the hospital, that and the jingling of needles and IV's. She felt like a pin coushin, but most of all, she felt sorry. She was sorry that she did what she did, sorry that she'd hurt violet, and very sorry about ruinning the party for the people involved. As she lay on the cart being rushed to the ER she let silent tears run down her cheeks.

"I think she will. She may be dozy for a while, mabey a little confused from all the blood she lost. But she is in good hands now, and they will keep her okay. I just hope she dosn't feel too bad when she realizes what she did" Katherine hugged Violet again, then stood. "Would you like some water, or a snack or somthing?" she asked. "You have been crying a while, you are probally thirsty. Come on" she said, leading Violet to the snack table.

"No, I should have went with Dani." Violet said. "I dont want nothing til I know she is ok." Violet said.

"I could call you a cab? Or we could borrow someones car and go find her if you like" She said. She really just wanted Violet to feel better.

"Ok" Violet said. "I...where did they go?" Violet asked.

"Violet," Pamela said, running up to her friend, who was being comforted by Kim and Kathrine. She had been stepped outside to grab a bit of fresh air. "What's going on? I just saw them take Dani out on a stretcher. Is she going to be okay?"

Pamela was quite upset. Something had obviously happened, and she had not been able to be there for her friend. Not that it was really her fault. How could I have known what was going on? She hoped Violet wouldn't be mad at her anyway.

Violet started crying again. "Dani....tried to kill herself because I broke up with her. didnt want to be around someone drinking like a fool!" Violet said.

"Dani got a little drunk and out of control, and slashed her wrist. She suffered some blood loss, and we called emergency services. Did you happen to hear or see where she was going? Violet wants to go to her."
