And the question presented to you the jury is this: The mice
have taken the farmers wife to court and wish her to be put in jail. The
farmers wife claims it was self defense. Who wins the case?

"I would like to tell everyone my thoughts." CHris said, "The farmer's wife said that Bob, Babs, and Bibby ran after her. I can see why she cut off their their tails, she thought she was doing it in self defense. But the three mice are blind so they probably didn't know what they were running after. The farmer's wife might not have known that the mice were blind. I think she is innocent and doesn't deserve to go to jail."

It was self denfense! Clearly look the mice names Bob, Babs and bibby! HAve you ever seen such more pervert thing in your life?

For the facts. The poor farmer's wife was calmly cleaning the house when the gets sight of the mice. She shrieks. The mice shriek. she thinks they'll attack, they'll think she'll attack. Who wins? The carving knife!

Now you see the farmer's wife was kind enough to kill the mice she just removed their tails! Let's think for a second their tails is like their little radar, she was thinking that way they wouldn't be able to find their way again to the house.

Can you blame her? They're called Bob, Babs and bibby for God's sake!

Lets look at the evidence here. Do we really know the mice to be blind or is that just their word?

On first thought, I do believe that this is self defence, and looking at the fact that these mice could be decieving the world of their so called blindness, who knows what they were really up to?

Has anyone tested their blindness? Perhaps the farmers wife has had an altercation with them before now, and really, are their real names these 'known' names. They look a little shifty to me.

So I ask before you judge the mice to look into this lack of evidence.

Of course we must look at both sides of the coin. It states in the evidence that the mice were simply running after her. Perhaps this was a game of chase that went wrong. Perhaps the farmers wife is a sore looser?

"I object! Is this just a manner of ganging up on the mice? I would say that the poor mice are ofcourse blind... why would they lie about such a thing?" Jamie pointed out.
"Who is to say that the farmers wife was trying to kill these poor mice and missed? But in any case... the farmers wife did inhumainly try to get rid of the mice. Do you not think it would have been more humain to get rid of the mice in a 'normal' way?" Jamie yelled loudly.
"And i would wish to point out that the names of these blind mice has nothing to do the cutting of there tails!" Jamie finished

Severus really that's quite an excellent remark I had not think about that but makes all sense.

These filthy creatures pester our houses, STEAL OUR FOOD, poop in our ground, heave knows what they put in our food and then they complain about we taking their tails?

You know what I think it's a fair price. The farmer's wife must be a witch and she ran out of mice tails and she though well if they live in the house they can pay in some way so BAM! she cut their tails and voila refilled her potions ingredients cupboard.

If it had been me I'd have look also for the liver and eyes...

In any case it was NEVER murder, if she wanted to kill them she would have succeeded! It was a nice quid pro quo.

Don't be silly. I proved nothing but your own foolishness. There is no way a human with the purpose to kill a rat fail in their goal and just accidently cut their tails, it takes precision and intention. Of course if you tried and failed in the past let's not blame the farmer's wife for your clumpsyness.

But let's take a look at exhibit A:



Look at those perfid creatures! Even the cat is frightened by the rats evilness. If it was indeed attempt of murder would you blame her? Besides see how they hold each one's tails? It proves my previous statement. The tail was like a radar to them, byt cutting them the farmer's wife succeeded in assuring they would not find their way again!

You see how the mouse is just sitting there doing nothing, that means that the attack couldn't have been self defence. If the mouse is blind then there is a massive chance that the mouse thought he was lying in his little nest. Then up comes a big bad human and cuts off the poor mouses tail?
I think that is man slaughter!

We're discussin the THREE blind mice not just one mice and ocular events. If just one of the mice had protested okay but all three are protesting so all three must be involved!

Besides the mice may be blind but I bet their sense of smell is very acurate he'd surely know he was not in his nest but clearly looking for an easy way to get food!

THIEVES! They are thieves! I say firce them to pay the farmer's wife for moral damages!

"what evidance is there to suggest that the mice caused damages? And i will put it to you that my evidance is valuible because the other mice might just be around that corner!" jamie glared at Rai..

"As i have said before, your evidance is very baised, you keep this up and EVERYONE WILL KNOW YOUR SIDING!" jamie yelled at Rai...

You like to kill your own arguments I see.

First: 'Might' is not enough in a court of law. There's facts or there's nothing! So the mice might be around is worth nothing here.

Second: Of course I'm siding! That's the whole point! You look at the case and choose your side, you have to make a decision. Aren't you siding by the mice anyway?

Clearly my dear you need to revalue your thoughts and arguments.

"yes! I am siding with the mice only because i believe in the case AGAINST the farmers wife. I earlier suggested that the farmers wife could have missed the mice and chopped off their tails whist attempting to kill them.. You replied ot my remark saying that 'how could a human with the perpose to kill a mouse miss?' well ill put this to you, maybe the farmers wife is parcally sighted.." Jamie stated...

"People who are partally sighted don't have to be badly cursed with it. It is really quite possible that the farmers wife is baldy sighted because of her age. That doesn't mean shes blind! I would say that she tried to kill the mice but didn't succeed because of her bad eye sight!" Jamie said loudly
