Henry apparted to his house, holding Alice in his hands. "You are so beautiful." he told the baby, rocking her gently. He loked around the room he had set up for her and laid her in the bed.

Henry's eye widen at the screen. "Phoenix....tell me thats not Violet." Henry said, looking at the crash on the tv.

"Oh my god !" she said "Its is! Henry! is she going to be alright?" she screamed getting up.

"I..dont know." Henry said, looking at it. "Phoenix.....that crash looks bad." He said.

"Where did it say the crash occur?" she asked looking at him in fear.

"Umm, about 10 miles fro here. It looks bad Phoenix." Henry said, shaking his head.

"I'm going down there" she told him.

Henry nodded. "I'll stay with Alice." He said.

Phoenix smiled and kissed him before leaving.

Henry walked in his house, glaring as he saw Nixy.

Phoenix glared back at him, holding Alice close to her with a suitcase packed.

"Your not leaving." he hissed.

Phoenix didn't reply, grabbing her suitcase.

Henry grabbed Phoenix's arm, pulling it behind her back. "I said your not leaving. Set Alice down." he hissed in her ear.

Phoenix held back the tears "No" she said firmly.

Henry growled, throwing her on the bed. He took Alice from her arms and set her on the outside of the door. He made sure the door was locked and sound proof before turning back towards her.

Phoenix looked at Henry, backing up away from him.

Henry grabbed her leg, pulling her towards the end of the bed. "I told you, you were not leaving. I'm getting tired of it. What do you want me to do!" He yelled.

"Get off!!" she hissed trying to move away.

"NOT UNTIL YOU LISTEN!" he yelled, holding her hands down with on hand and holding her head with his other.

Nixy looked away from him.

"LOOK AT ME!" He yelled.

Phoenix looked at him, noting saying anyrthing.

"What do you want form me?" He yelled.

"What the?" she yelled "What do you want from me?!"

"You started! I COME HOME AND YOU ARE LEAVING!" He yelled.

"You want to know why?!" she hissed.

"WHY! AND DONT SAY IT CAUSE I HURT YOU BECUASE DAMMIT! I HAVENT TOUCHED YOU SINCE ALICE WAS BORN!" He yelled.

"YOU NEVER CHANGE!" she yelled "I HATE YOU!!"

"I HAVENT DONE ANYTHING! YOUR NOT TAKING MY DAUGHTER FROM ME!" He yelled.

"AND HOW DO YOU PLAN ON STOPPING ME?!" she yelled "BEAT ME?!"

"I've did it before. I could do it again." Henry hissed.

"WELL GO HEAD!!" she hissed

Henry slammed his fist into her face.

Phoenix was knocked out.

Henry moved back, running his hand threw his hair.

Nixy starting coming around "Knew you would never change.." she whispered.

Henry growly, grabbing her shoulders and throwing her against the wall.

Nixy smirked, she was in pain. "You used to hit harder" she hissed.

"I know what you are doing." He hissed in her ear. "I swear to God, if it wasnt for the fact that I love Alice, I would kill you."

"Your not capeble of love" she hissed.

Henry growled, punching her in the stomach.

Phoenix held her stomach, forcusing herself not to cry out in pain but she remained glaring at him.

Henry eye's soften, letting Phoenix fall to the ground.

Phoenix fell to the floor, gasping for air.

"Phoenix..." Henry started/

Phoenix ignored him, moving away for him.

"Phoenix...hun." He whispered, bending down.

"Get away from" she hissed.
