It would have been a great day, apoart from the fact that the clouds hung over the house like a blanket, a blanket of death. Jamie heard Violet rumaging around in the kitchen... he ignored her and stared into space.

"2009 son" Jamie nodded, "What year do you last remember?" Jamie asked, getting increasingly worried

"Probably the year where men were incharge." Violet mumbled angerly.

Eris' eyes went black. "Are...are you trying to play with my mind?" He asked, sweating. He begun to laugh nervously. "No, you are lying to me, It is the year of reckoning, 1409, the year that the Night hunters will prevail" He looked at them both as if they had been living under a rock.

Violet laughed. "1409...wow...he has been gone for soooo long." She said, laughing harder.

"Violet, this isn't funny, really. Bad things are going to happen, we know that. But then we get a freak from the past... It's starting." Jamie told her, his hands curled ito fists.

Jamie looked at the boy "We're going to try get you back to the past, but you have to work with us."

"So, I have slept for so long it seems..." He spoke quietly. Suddenly his fists clenched and his eyes went black, a black aura surrounding him. "Mary!" He screamed looking around him and clutching his heart. "If what you say is true, she must have died long ago", He said whilst beggining to cry black tears. His skin began to tremble and his fangs clenched.

"Why get him back to the past? Forgot it...I'm going. It's been over five minutes." She said, jumping from the counter. "He may need blood too you know." She said before going to change into something that looked decent.

"Violet!" jamie screamed at her "I'm comming now," he gave her a look that said 'dont leave me with the freak!'

Eris' skin began to split. He growled violently and blood poured from all over his body, his eyes, and his mouth. He threw the table up into the ceiling, shattering it into 50 pieces and then curled up onto the floor, blood still pouring from his skin, splitting deeper. His black aura started to burn bright red and heat surrounded the room.

Jamie stood at the doorway, kinda freaked out by the whole thing. He stifled a little scream and ran behind Violet.

Violet grabbed some jeans from her closet and a shirt. "Either turn around of get out." She told him, changing as quick as she could.

"ARGGHHHH" Eris howled. His skin began to fly off, blood pouring faster. He rose to the ground, his body growing. Heat glowing from him. "You! You took her. You took her from me! She was the key" He grabbed the boy, claws growing from his hands. "You devil Ferguson, why why did you take her!?" He screamed at him. His skin was now gone, leaving a red, fiery body underneath. His eyes were pure red.

Violet glared, pushing Eris from Jamie. "Leave him alone!" She yelled.

The beast that was once a man, barely moved, however he dropped the boy and focused his attention to the girl. He had lost all control now. This was not Eris. This was a monster, and the monster begun to cry. "Mary!" He screamed. "Why could I not save you!?" He fell to the ground, on his knees, his body begining to shrink and skin regrowing around him. He lay down on the floor and cried. Cried until Eris returned. The monster was gone and Eris was in pain.

Violet's eyes widen and she backed up. She started looking for her wand but realized it wasnt on her.

Eris lay on his hands and knees now. He cried still and his skin hurt from the transformation. This had never happened before. What happened the night he was "killed" and who was that face he saw. "Forgive me" He said weakly and then collapsed on the floor.

Violet walked passed him, loking for a knife or something sharp. She couldnt stand another minute in the room with him, knowing he was alive.

"Please help me" He said faintly, trying to get to his feet. "I need to rest, I don't know what just happened, but I need to sleep before I can find out" He managed to get to his feet, took a step towards the girl, but then collapsed in front of her. "Please help me" He asked again weakly, looking into her eyes

Violet glared, but helped him to the couch. Quietly, she walked into her room, laying down.

Eris slowly closed his eyes. "Thankyou" He mumbled to her as she walked away. He trusted them not to try and kill him in his sleep. Why risk another transformation.

Violet played with a stuff animal on her bed, sighing. She couldnt wait til he woke up so she could feel better trying to kill him awake then sleeping.

As he was asleep, Eris dreamt of his past. There stood a girl. A young girl with blonde hair in a beautiful outfit. A noble. And a man with his hand on her shoulder. He had fangs. Black hair, greying. Eyes like fire, grinning at Eris. The girl smiled so sweetly. "Hello Eris, it's me, Mary" she said softly to him. Eris walked forward but she seemed to fade away. The same man appeared to the side of him. It was Lord Ferguson. His mouth covered in blood. Behind him, was Mary, laying on the floor dead. Lord Ferguson laughed, And Eris woke up with a scream.

Violet smirked, standing up. Walking into the living room, she smiled. "Poor thing." She whispered, fingering the knife in her pocket.

He looked up at her slowly. "I cant stop thinking about it" He whispered. "How can it be that I slept so long? Why did I transform?" He looked to his hands and then slowly back up to her. "What country is this?" He asked.

"You're in Ierland. And not long...just long enough for me to plan your death." She said, smirking.

"I see" he said quietly. "Well I am afraid you are mistaken young lady. I have a lot of catching up to do. I intend to travel to Dublin. If you could offer me some modern clothing it would be much appreciated." He looked at her and smiled gently

"Why not jsut allow me to kill you and get it over with? Then you can be with that girl or however." She hissed softly.

Eris laughed softly. "You see, I believe I am not who I once was. I am more powerful, more dangerous but more confused. I must find out why this happened, and what I am to do now that it has." He looked up at the girl. "It is sweet that you think that a pathetic little knife is going to scratch me." He said and laughed to himself. "Well I bid you farewell now" He said, bowed, and walked out of the door.

Violet glared, following him. "You cant go out there..out of this house...like that!" She shouted, fear in her eyes. "I happen to be a nurse and you going out like that makes me loko bad!" She yelled.

"I am deeply sorry my friend, I must go now....I believe we will meet again very soon. Unless...you wish to come with me in your town? I Don't really have anywhere to begin exploring." He asked, smiling again.

Violet sighed, grabbing her jacket. She started mumbling under her breath as she opened the door, following him.

"So, is there anything of interest around here?" He asked her whilst looking aroung the place.

Violet glared at him. "No." She hissed.
