Sarah sighed, sitting in the office she had been told to work at..or forced to work at. She didnt like the job more then she liked muggles. Simple as that. Who wanted to sit in a desk, taking calls for the jerk as a boss? She sure as hell didnt want to.

Timothy walked into the highscale office, looking lost. In other words he had his game face. His eyes zeroed in on the young female sitting behind the desk, looking irritated but quite pretty. He sauntered over to the desk and looked at her and said, "Excuse me, what is this place? I am quite lost in this town, so I was wondering if you could help me, ma'am." He made sure to be polite, even though this girl was clearly younger than him.

Sarah looked up sharply, a glare on her face. A pretty boy was infront of her and she felt her throat close in on her. "You are in London...I get off in a ten minutes...I can show to some freak who can help you." She mumbled, looking down.

Timothy smiled smoothly. "Thank you. My name is Timothy, by the way," he said. He looked around the office and noticed it was very clean....Too clean..he thought. He wondered if he offered her to eat somewhere....his thoughts trailed off, already having a plan formed in his mind.

"Barton." She said, writing down something. She stood up, walking to the jerk's office. "Here, I get off now." She told him. "And some freak is in the office, go help him." Sarah said, walking back out. She heard her boss follow her, sighing.

Timothy looked at the girl and said, "Excuse me, but calling someone a freak isn't very polite. I just want some direction, and if you're getting off right now ma'am, I think it would be better for you to just help me out. I mean, your boss..." here he looked at the boss with respect in his eye, "your boss is surely a busy man, and doesn't need to be bothered by me. So...Miss. Barton, could you please be my guide?" he asked looked at her with an innocent face of curiousity with the right amount of 'lost-ness'.

Sarah went to say something when her boss interupted her. "Either you do it, or risk losing your job." He hissed to her. Sarah glared before huffing. She grabbed her coat and turned towards Timothy. "Fine, seeing as my boss just loves you." She hissed.

Timothy smiled with satisfaction. He shook the boss's hand with respect, then slid over to open the door for the lady. "So...Miss Barton, have I done something to offend you?" he asked her, looking closely for a reaction to his words. She smelled delicious and wondered what angle to go at this. He didn't want to kill her right off...there was a very nice person underneath the angry facade, and he would find it. He wanted to make her feel happy and loved. Maybe that's why she was angry, she suffered a broken heart. He stopped his thoughts in his tracks. He was hungry....thats why he found her, he could smell her from a mile away, literally. All those thoughts ran through his mind in just a few seconds while he waited for her reply.

Timothy said, "Excuse me, Miss Barton, you are being extremely rude. YOu haven't even asked me my name, it's Timothy by the way. ANd, I was wondering where a person could go to eat in this town? I've never been to London, I just moved here you see. Do you have plans, my lady? Maybe you would like to accompany me to dinner, and you could tell me some more about the city?" he asked her. He was being pushy without being rude, which she was being. He was trying to be polite to her. If she didn't help him, his next move would be to block her car, or conveniently make it not work.

"Just get in the damn car and I'll find a place to eat." She mumbled, getting in. She started her car before opening her purse to get a cigarette out. She buckled up before looking at Timothy again.

Tim grinned with success and hopped into the car quietly. It'd have been a shame to ruin her car. He got in without buckling up and frowned at her, "Smoking increases your death rate." he said matter-of-factly.

"I guess that means less tiem with you." She mumbled under her breath, taking off. She rolled down her window some as she inhaled deeply, watching the road as she drove. When she finally stopped at a restaurant, she sighed, getting out.

Tim looked at the girl and said, "Would you like to tell me your first name, or do you like the power of me calling you 'Miss Barton'?" He got out of the car with her and glanced up, it looked like a very nice resturaunt. He swiftly pulled out his wallet and checked that he had enough money to pay, even though only she would be eating. If he didn't have enough he could always pretend to use the restroom...but he had enough, so there was no problem. Even though there really isn't any worry with me...he thought grinning. HE went over and opened the door for her, keeping up with his manners.

"It's Sarah." She told him, glaring as he opened the door. "We arent even going there." She told him, walking to the Hotel that was close to it. "I'm going to my room, follow if you want. Knowing you, you will." She told him, sighing.

Timothy smirked, and followed her thinking She's making this pretty easy. "Soo...Sarah...you know I actually think calling you Miss Barton is more fun. So where do you eat normally? Do you go out with your friends or what?" he asked. He thought it probably was a touchy topic since she wasn't a socializer obviously. Something about this girl was attracting him strongly, and it was bothering him, he wasn't used to not being in control of himself like this.

Tim rolled his eyes thinking Oh, that's one way to get rid of a vampire...wear him out. He said, "I never get tired" and followed her then added, "WEll, why don't you have a change. Come out with me, won't you? Please? I'll buy, for you being so kind to help me. It'll be a nice change for you, we both know that. Nobody likes doing the same thing all the time." she told her without missing a beat. He knew he would break her, he wasn't one to give up on anything, even before he never got tired. HE was a hard headed guy, and was told so very often.

Timothy looked at her with an aghast expression. "I..well then! I am merely trying to be kind to you, and you are making some pretty hefty accusations Miss Barton. I had absolutely no intention of trying to get on your bed, madam. I am, still, simply trying to take you out to dinner. You are the one who led me to your apartment with nearly an invitation." he told her. He gracefully slid over and blocked the door to her apartment and looked at her with intense eyes. SHe is quite beautiful, if only she wouldn't frown so often, he thought. "You need to get out, we both know it," he ended simply. HE continued to block the door, but not in a threatening looking manner. He knew she didn't want neighbors to see this happen, and thought she probably would give in sooner or later. HE didn't take no for an answer.

Sarah glared. She felt herself smirk and nodded. "Ok..I will." She lied, pushing him from the door so she could get in. But she walked over to her fridge, sighing.

Timothy let himself into the apartment, following her. He went over to a couch and sat down casually, moving so fast she probably didn't see him move. "You aren't gonna get rid of me so simply, Miss Barton," he said lesurely.

"Look!" She yelled, slamming her fridge door shut after she grabbed a small bottle of wine. "What the hell do you want?" She yelled at him, glaring deadly. This boy was getting on every nerve she had and it wasnt easy for her to calm down either.

Timothy smirked. SHe looked at her and said, "I simply want to take you to dinner. I point out once again, you are the one who led me to your house. You want to go out, so lets just cut to the chase, where would you like to go, madam?" He kept his cool, knowing, even though she didn't think so, he was in charge of the conversation. He was in control, and he was going to win. If she didn't give in soon, she'd give up eventually. He smiled at this thought thinking Tim always wins.

Sarah just screamed in frustrtation and walked off to her room, after pouring herself a small glass off wine. She started undressing, putting on a pair of shorts and a tank top as she did so. When she finished, she walked back up front, her hair down and sipping on hr wine, hoping that Timothy had gone.

Timothy raised an eyebrow at Sarah and said, "Are you serious? You, my darling, won't go out with me for dinner? I mean really, are you that hurt and mad at the world right now?" he asked sympathetically. His tone changed greatly from pleasure at how he was changing her emotions so quickly to understanding.

Timothy relaxed more and put his arms on the back of the couch and said, "You keep calling me a 'freak' as if you know me that close. What about me is freakish, because if we are gonna call names- don't be such a *itch" He looked at her for a reaction calmly, because he wanted her to go eat already, it was bugging him because he knew she was hungry.

Timothy looked at her in shock. "WHat? Is that what people do over here? That's not now I was raised, so excuse me for not being a jerk like you're accustommed to, madam." he said angrily.
HE calmed down and looked at her with a pleading, "I told you what I want. I am new to London and wanted some navigational help of it. And you know you want me here, because as I already pointed out, you lead me to your apartment. You have conveniently dodged many of my questions and you expect me to answer all of yours?" he asked her smoothly.

Timothy frowned. He wondered which card to pull out of his hat...angry, pathetic, sympathetic...hopefulness, seriousness.....He gritted his teeth. "Well, I don't think your boss would be too happy to hear about this..." he said with a threatening tone. He raised his eyebrow at her thinking I could fly over there in a jiffy and convince him some more...HE wondered if Miss Barton knew how far he'd go for this...He could feel the burning in his throat and wanted her, but in more than one way....He would love to vow his love to her, but he wondered if she even knew about magic, let alone vampires. He ignored her for a minute thinking up a subtle way to show some magic to her...

Timothy smiled and thought perfect. HE knew she was gonna slap him a moment before it happened. He didn't flinch or move at all, he waited for her to feel the pain of hitting him, the pain of hitting a statue. He wanted to know how to reveal himself, and here it was. He wondered if she knew about magic. He thought about this as he jumped over the couch towards the freezer to get some ice. He threw it in a small towel and was back over the couch in a second, purposely going at normal vampire speed. He knew her hand was probably throbbing and kept silent as he handed the towel to her, waiting for some sort of reaction.

"OW DAMMIT!!!!" She yelled when her hand hit him. It done nothing to him, but she was sure her hand was broken or as close as it could be to broken. Tears sprang to her eyes and she tried to wipe them. She seen he had gotten a towel with ice and she didnt take it. She refused to take it. "Get away from me! AND GET OUT OF MY HOUSE YOU FREAK!" She yelled, nursing her hand to her chest.

Timothy forcefully took her hand from her and said, "You need to stop yelling. We need to fix your hand, now we could go to the hospital, but I know a better way...But I don't know if you could handle it. WEll..I mean I could just modify your..." he stopped talking suddenly, about to say something that may have been a mistake, he was about to say modify your memory. He was strong, and took her hand, but was gentle so that it didn't hurt any more than it already did. He gently wrapped it up and said, "Don't move it, for now."

Sarah glarred at him. "Get away from me...vampire." She hissed, pulling her hand from him. She finally firgured it out. He was about to say modify. She knew he was. She didnt want to admitt it, but she allowed a vampire into her hotel let alone her room. She backed up from him, looking around for her wand.

TImothy smiled and flashed his fangs as if to prove her assumption correct. He said, "WEll, good job, Miss Barton. I presume you are witch? Because I knew you weren't a Muggle when I saw you at the first sight." He saw her looking for something and knew it was her wand. He shook his head dissapointedly, "Are you afraid of me, now?" he asked with a hurt and sort of angry and dissapointed tone.

Sarah felt her blood run cold when his flashed his fangs at her. A shiver of excitement went threw her and she turned around again, looking once again for her wand. "Just get out of here and I wont tell the Ministry you are here." She said in a cold voice.

Timothy looked at her and tilted his head sideways, like a puppy. "THe good witch can't find her wand? WHat sort of a witch is that?" he asked her, pulling out her wand from behind him, he raised his eyebrow at her. It had been lying in plain sight on the ground in the corner of the kitchen. HE had grabbed it when he got her ice. "And what doest he ministry have to do with anything Miss Barton?" He threw her wand on the table near her, as if he couldn't steal it back from her in a second, she was crippled and human. He pulled out his own wand so she could know he wasn't defenseless. As if I was defenseless without magic.

"For threatening me." She hissed, lokoing at her wand. But when he pulled his out, she fell to her knees, tears in her eyes. She knew now that no matter what, she couldnt fight him. She had her head down and took a deep breath. "Go ahead and finish me off then." She hissed softly, not looking up at him.

Tim gaped in shock. HE didn't expect this reaction from her. He knew his mind was ahead of hers and all that....BUt he didn't think she'd give up like that. That's what he liked about her, she was strong. He was at her side, on the ground. He patted her back and whispered, "IT's okay Sarah. I'm not going to kill you, I don't want to." HE said the words with a strange honesty, because he wanted her to live, with him part of her life.

Sarah shook her head. "No...no no no!" she yelled, shaking her head. She knew what was happening, she heard it before. And she knew it the moment he had stepped into the place she worked. She wanted to deny it, she wanted nothing to do with anything that wasnt pureblood.

Tim frowned even more and got up and moved away from her to the corner of the room. He knew he was frightening her. He knew she was thinking he was trying to trick her, the typical vampire move...well if they wanted a dramatic dinner. He was hungry, but he didn't want her...well in that way...He said, "No, I know what you're thinking. I am not trying to do that, I swear! I could be enticing you right now, and you know the reason. But I'm not! I don't want you in that way, I promise." he said in a begging voice. He wanted her to feel safe.

"NO! I KNOW EVERYTHING!" She yelled, tears pouring form her eyes. She had heard the story over and over. How her aunt had fallen for a vampire, by a bond that was to strong to break. She had hated her aunt for it, even cut ties from her. But she knew the truth and didnt want it. She didnt want to be disowned like her aunt had been. She didnt believe in love and yet she was finding it hard to believe in something she was feeling, even if she didnt want to.

Timothy decided to go back over to her. HE knew she wanted it and was afraid of it. SHe'd like his comfort and want more and become 'vulnerable' which was when a vampire would strike. But he didn't want to hurt her, he wanted to comfort her. He rushed over to her side and cradled her in his arms. He stroked her hair and said, "It's gonna be okay, Sarah. I won't hurt you. I don't want to, it would hurt me to do so..." he whispered these things to her trying to comfort her. He couldn't watch her fear.

Sarah felt her arms wrap around him, not matter how hard she tried to fight it. "I cant..." She whispered, hoping he would understand what she was talking about.

Timothy wondered how reverse psychology would work with her. He didn't want to try it, because it might hurt him to leave her, in fact, he knew it would, but he was scaring her right now...He said, "Fine. I will leave you then." He stood up and walked over towards the door. He opened the door and looked back at her, tears streaming down her face, it mixed with anger and terror and confusion. He wanted to comfort her, but he knew that would only make her more scared.
