HEMM: Albus Dumbledore

Ginny was, once again, sleuthing down another suspect. This time she hoped to find Professor Dumbledore, the Headmaster himself. She grinned when she saw him outside his office, and waved, heading over.

"Wonderful day isn't it, Professor? Unfortunately, I must ruin that by asking you questions about yourself and Professor Trelawney." Ginny pulled out her notebook and quill. "Let's start with you, where and who were you with from 7:06 pm until 11:22 pm, when her body was found? I also was curious to see if you knew about Professor Trelawney arguing with anyone-was that piece of paper a letter from an enemy, perhaps?"

She smiled and took a small sip of the pumpkin juice. Ginny wrote down what Dumbledore was saying as quickly as she could.

"Break into her mind? Do you know of anything important they could want?" When Dumbledore asked her the question about the paper, she looked confused. "No, I wasnt able to see what was written on it specifically-did you?"

Ginny nodded.

"Thank you for your time Professor. I shall take your-though indirect-suggestion and talk to Professor Snape." She handed him her now empty glass of pumpkin juice. "Thank you for the pumpkin juice, sir." Ginny then turned around and walked away.

A Slytherin girl knocked on the headmaster's door and entered and saw someone else in there and said"Sorry to bother you guys but I have a few questions. I heard you went out on a business trip the day of her murder, were you back from this..ah..trip in time to hear Trewnaly's scream...or a scream of any sort? Also I know you didn't see the piece of paper for yourself, but do you perhaps know what was on it or a piece of what was on it?"

:Life popped her head in for a quick Q&A with Dumbledore:

"Excuse me, sir." :she stuttered, twisting the edge of her 'I <3 Poirot' T-Shirt: "Can you tell me approxamately what Trelawny earned a year? Is this more or less than the average Proffessor? was Trelawny happy with her life here?

If you had to, who would YOU suspect as the murderer and for what motive?"

:Life muttered a spell and with a swish of her wand, her quill and parchment were hovoring next to her, the quill quivering with anticipation, eager to start taking notes:

:Life looked up expectantly:

Etta knocked on the door to Dumbledores office and without waiting for a reply burst through the door.

"Ah albus, lovely to see you again, awful buisness about Trewlaney, and of course i know you were doing some importnat buisness, is this buisness anything to do with Horcruxes? Or maybe even smethign to do with 'in essence divide?' Is that something about Voldielocks soul? His Horcruxes? Perhaps when you go on your next hunt for a Horcrux, you dont come back and fall into a trap which lead to your death, we dont want that to happen now do we. Anyway, what was i asking? Oh yes, i have looked carefully at the small piece of paper, now i was just wondering if i could compare your hand writing to that of the paper?"

"Can you just comfirm that what our eye witness has said is true, were you with Severus SNape last night, in the grounds of the school? Did you both leave the school? If so at what time?"

Ginny had returned upon hearing him say that he only heard one scream as Professor Trelawney.

"Pardon, sir, but are you absolutely sure that the one scream you heard was from Professor Trelawney?"

:Life sighed at the evasiveness of Dumbledore's answers:

"My good professor. I am afraid it is imperative to my investigation that I know the deceased's income. It could prove the innocence or guilt of a suspect. I am sure you of all people would understand the importance and graveity of wrongly accusing someone."

:Life smiled grimly at Dumbledore with imploring eyes:

"I asure you I will not spread the information, and even if i did, it would be of little use to the woman now, whether it were kept private or not. Even so, the information will not pass out of this room unless completely necessary."
